I got to my destination, they failed to put napkins in the bag with my order, which is greasy AND I found a hair cooked into my biscuit

Answering the phone must be a task again to rocket science, because employees at the store, unable to do the simple task answering the phone! I have called for two hours straight, trying to get the matter of not putting what I paid for in my bag resolved, the idea must be for any customers who may have an issue to just be given up on it

They frett over too many nit picy contradictory rules, which r alienating to older folks!Dietary restrictions: Have to eat very slow, @ least 3 times longer than ur mere 30 min. limit!Wheelchair accessibility: There r many other types of disabilities (especially w aging), many of which r hidden@

Worst place for burgers. Tasted like it was cooked, frozen, defrosted and recooked- except the second time around they didn’t cook the burger long enough. Entire burger tasteless and barely warm. Got a replacement (without apology from manager) and it was just as bad. Diet Dr Pepper not working. Negative atmosphere. A friend of mine who had worked at Hardees said that she would “absolutely NEVER eat anything other than breakfast there”. She just shook her head back and forth when I asked for more info.Well it’s certainly MY last time there!

I have given this location multiple tries unfortunately all of them are in vain today was the last straw when I saw the lady in the back bare handed making food no gloves that’s nasty the service here is always horrible we wait like 30 mins every time this is by far the worst location ever I will never be going

In the app there's a special for BOGO monster biscuit. But nowhere in the app is there a place to select one. Isn't that false advertising. Offering something but it's not on the menu and they can't do it in store. How can I order one if it's not even on the app menu. Thanks I
