Kinda sceptical about trying this after reading some recent reviews but we tried it and it was great! Reasonably priced, friendly guy at the window, and food was definitely yummy! Would visit here again and would recommend!

I have always had a good experience here. I understand why they stopped offering free spring roll, inflation is affecting everyone. To be upset about a spring roll is ridiculous. I don’t know if any restaurant that does that. I also see that they no longer have the free spri g roll listed on the drive thru menu so it should t ve expected. I will continue going to this drive thru for as long as they serve.

Amazingly good food for a place with a drive thru. Their spring rolls are my favorite in JC. Pretty sure it's made to order, or close to it, because there is usually a bit of a wait after you order.It's well worth it though, the food tastes great, the portions are good sized (I can make two meals of my hibachi steak), and the prices might seem high but the quality of the food is on par with the similar sit-down restaurants in the area.Hibachi Express is a perfect example of how drive thru food doesn't have to be low quality.

Most people drive through. I was the only one hour for over an hour and a half. The carrots and rice was good with the sauce that's provided the orange chicken. It was okay. Could have been better but all for all it went too bad. Price was just a tad little

Probably the rudest owner I have ever encountered. Very dirty resturant.Low quality and small portions. The shrimp sauce has the consistency of water. A better option is Yamato's right up the road.
Make me pay a dollar for not even a full thing of shrimp sauce!!

First time ordering from here, we had the steak and chicken hibachi. It was very tasty and a good portion abd the price was not bad. Very convenient that they have a drive-through. The person taking the order was very nice. We did ask for a menu to take home with us, but they do not offer that. They said to look online.Parking: They have their own parking, and there care plenty of spaces.

Not sure if it’s the owner or not, but I’m a door dasher and EVERY single time I go in he is screaming at his employees and other dashers. All he does is sit up front putting some sauce in the bags while everyone else is slaving away trying to get all the food cooked and put together. It’s no wonder he has a help wanted sign on the front door. I’m surprised he even has people to work for him with the way he treats everyone.
