The Hooters in Johnson City is CLOSED!!! Very disappointing I was there for two weeks and the first day there a Monday I went there and it was closed. Went back Wednesday of that same week it was closed. So I went back to the hotel asked the desk clerk about it. She looked it up even called and found out it was shut down. 😡😡😡 No Daytona wings for me.

*CLOSED* pitch black inside, notice on door that states temporarily closed. Online orders still being taken tho, gives you a pickup time, no one home. Homeless guy sleeping on patio. Now I have to dispute a charge if not refunded. Bummer

Used to go to this location 3 to 4 times a year. Have been there the last 3 times and had larger crowds (10-14). Could tell no one wanted to serve us. One time was told we would not be served. Went with a crowd of 8 in July and was seated but could tell that we were being a bother. So we agreed to split into a group of 4. Service was terrible and took forever to get our food. Used to be my favorite place to eat while at Bristol Dragway. Doubt i will be going back. The restaurant nor bar was crowded on any of the visits.

Per their website, Facebook, and Google it states that they open at 11am. I arrived at 11:05am and waited until 11:30am, at which point I left and went to another restaurant, and they never unlocked the doors. I made eye contact with a few of the workers inside so they were aware I was outside waiting but they never came and unlocked the door. I looked around to see if they may have posted that their opening times had changed but I found no such thing. If you advertise that you open at 11am, you should have the doors open. Coming from food service myself I can understand running behind and not unlocking the doors until a few minutes past but 30 minutes past and still have them locked is a little ridiculous.

It was good til it wasn’t. Why did you get rid of the Samurai teriyaki sauce? It’s gone !!!!!!! Until then ………. Update…. I did what you asked so bring the sauce back only reason I eat here. Now I don’t have a reason .

It's been awhile since I've had Hooters. Literally and figuratively. Lol. The spicy garlic wings were perfectly done. Service was outstanding! Nothing negative about this visit.

Wednesday, June 11, 2025. A bartender and two waitresses. All three would disappear for up to ten minutes at a time. Other customers were getting agitated searching for service. Sometimes one waitress would emerge from their hiding place and turn and go back to join the other two. Took awhile to get our food. Would not go back.

Walked in at 8:35pm, 2 fellas already waiting for the hostess. 17 minutes later not a single employee acknowledged our existence, of and in that 17 minutes 6 other people came and joined our none existent customer list. Needless to say we all walked out and made the short walk to Long Horn. Seated with drinks 5 minutes later. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
