Can't give starts when they are not earned. This place just needs to go away. Y'all should find Jason and Matt, these managers seemed to care. Slow to not even existing service. Waitresses act like your not there, especially when they are in a corner chatting. Done with Hooters.

So we just left, came in wife and two daughters. We stood at the front door and 5 minutes later a young lady walked across the restaurant to seat us. She put us at a high top with no menus or napkins. That was the end of it, 15 minutes went by no one acknowledged us. The couple behind us sat down immediately and even had there order taken. We decided to call it quits and left. This is the third time since the pandemic that we have gone and the service just sucks! Before the pandemic it was wonderful. There was atleast 5 waitresses, walking around they had plenty of help but no one cares! Story of the world no one cares!

My wife and I went here today for lunch. We waited for about 20 minutes and didn't even get drinks. There were only 12-15 people there and 6-7 waitresses. We had atleast 3 walk past our table numerous times and not once did they ask us if we wanted anything. We will NEVER go there again.??

I came in with my family the other day and sat with a young girl named Amber. Amber was lovely! She was so attentive, quick, and friendly! However, during our time in the restaurant there was a man who appeared to be a manager who we saw yelling thought the kitchen window at his cooks. His arms were flailing and you could tell by him body language he was angry. My waitress disappeared for a moment (the same manager came out of the back as she did) and when she came back she looked almost close to tears. If it wasn’t for him, the atmosphere would have been wonderful! Hopefully they get rid of him soon, the restaurant would be so much better without a manager who seems to berate his employees!!!

3/5/24 This is my last time eating here! Almost out of every draft beer to start off with! Took 20 minutes to get our drinks in an almost empty restaurant then almost a hour to get our food! They seem to have more fun in the kitchen than working! Last 3 times here it took over a hour to get our food, don’t know what happened to this place because it’s definitely not what it used to be!

Hooters is Hooters. You know what it's supposed to be. This Hooters is slow. Waited over 45 minutes for fried food...Also, does Hooters and/or their property manager not take pride in their location and building? It is so run down outside. The parking lot is trashy and not well maintained. The outside of the building is well worn.

We waited for 45 minutes and then was told it would be another 30 minutes because they were short staffed. There were only 6 tables that had people seated. They had probably 20 people standing at the door waiting for a table. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Service today was outstanding. The Hooter girls had amazing enthusiasm and uplifting energy. I haven’t visited hooters in years, and am very glad i chose to come in today!
