Insomnia Cookies

Been a fan since the first time I went here in Charlotte, but now having one in Johnson City, which I’m local to is the best thing ever!!

This is the rudest place to visit as a customer, I have ordered a pint of icecream from uber eats and all I received was a 2 scoop in a cup. When raised a compliant uber eats doesnt wanna comply after sending multiple images and restaurant wont asnw the call. 20$+ tip for 2 scoop icecream is nasty ! I might have got a 1/4 quater filled with gas in my car!!

I’m basic, but I absolutely love the classic chocolate chip cookie, anytime I need a little pick me up, it always does the trick.

second time coming here and i really recommend it! super yummy cookies and nice workers. wayyyyy better than Crumbl, i don’t really understand the bad reviews because i’ve had good experiences so far!:)

I am a frequent flyer here. The customer service is spectacular, especially from the manager and the person with light pink hair. The food is always great as well- I’ve never had a bad experience.

Costumer service is fantastic! Super easy to place an order. Unfortunately my order was rained on, but they replaced them quickly and free of charge! Very happy with them.

I haven’t found a cookie here that I don’t like and the store manager at this location is so nice and definitely cares about his customers! I just wish Insomnia would bring back the icing cookie wiches and give the people what they want ?
