This used to be a top notch golf course in its prime. Fallen trees are everywhere on the fairways. Several sinkholes throughout the course. The cart paths have uprisings from tree roots. The greens have not been aerated and have several non-grass areas making it difficult to putt. The fairways have not been mow Ied properly and the course is in generally poor condition. It's obvious the owners have not put money into keeping the "course up to par." There are much better courses within 30 min from here.

Ordered through the app at 7:10pm and was supposed to be delivered for free today august 31. DoorDash never delivered! At 8:45 I went and picked up my order on my own. The store refused to cancel delivery, refused to remake my food after it had been sitting for well over an hour, and refused to give me a refund… the girl working with short hair and glasses was extremely rude even after one of the other employees said they should at least remake my food because it had been sitting for so long but she still refused!!!!!!!!!! I order an hot chicken bacon ranch and it was ICE COLD Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Will never ever order from the state of franklin store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called to get a pick up order for a single sandwich. The gentleman on duty said he was too busy and that I should call him back when he had more help. This was on 7/22 /24 at 10:55am

The food is excellent and what I love is the care they take knowing I have food allergies. I definitely recommend them.

I am from NJ so I know sub sandwiches. This was by far the best sub sandwich that I've had since leaving NJ. Good job. I got the 12" Original Italian Mikes Way.

I will not be going back. Just got a sub and it tasted of chemicals or cleaning product. It’s hard to describe but it was very bitter. Called to get it remade and they tried to give me back a small when I had ordered a giant. Previously l’ve had bad experiences at this location. It seems they always forget to add toppings or to remove cheese when specified.

i have always had good service there until today, when some guy came storming out because i was leaning on the glass and said "don't lean on that, i would hate for you to have to pay for that border and the food." kindness costs nothing. accomplishes nothing to be rude. Not in boot-camp whereas you have to be rude to ensure you communicate effectively to everyone.

Possibly the worst Philly Cheese Steak I've had, to have Jersey in your business name which neighbors Philly is a insult , I'd expect my Philly Cheese Steak to be dripping with grease and cheese packed with onions, your sandwich which I refuse to call a Philly cheese steak
