Good clean place, watched as they brought in new lettuce. Everything was dated, marked and was fresh. The bread is super soft. Wish they had one in Unicoi.

Excellent service. Every team member was very friendly, attentive and efficient. I got the #8 Club Sub regular on rosemary parm bread. I love that JM fresh slices the meat for the sandwich. Can definitely taste the difference in freshness. Very clean and our meal was delicious.

This particular location is run very efficiently, staff is so friendly that one of the young men behind the counter ran around the counter to make sure to open the door for an elderly woman that was leaving! Speaks volumes about how this location is managed! Great service, good food and an incredibly clean restaurant! Highly recommend!

Nothing worthwhile. Waste of hard earned money in my opinion. Asked a question and just got a blank stare and then they made the wrong sandwich . I would recommend coming here if you want an overpriced, dry, tasteless, incorrect sandwich and awful customer service. Personally, I tossed my inedible brick in the garbage.

Not the best job making and wrapping my subs. they were good though and the women slicing meat was nice.

I like Jersey Mikes - I do, but they keep raising prices (its not the local shop I think, it's the corporate management). You are pricing yourselves out of business. I used to go almost every week, but now I have scaled way back to maybe once a month. I was just in today at 12:10PM and 2 people in the shop. Used to be packed at lunchtime. Just sayin.

This used to be a top notch golf course in its prime. Fallen trees are everywhere on the fairways. Several sinkholes throughout the course. The cart paths have uprisings from tree roots. The greens have not been aerated and have several non-grass areas making it difficult to putt. The fairways have not been mow Ied properly and the course is in generally poor condition. It's obvious the owners have not put money into keeping the "course up to par." There are much better courses within 30 min from here.

Ordered through the app at 7:10pm and was supposed to be delivered for free today august 31. DoorDash never delivered! At 8:45 I went and picked up my order on my own. The store refused to cancel delivery, refused to remake my food after it had been sitting for well over an hour, and refused to give me a refund… the girl working with short hair and glasses was extremely rude even after one of the other employees said they should at least remake my food because it had been sitting for so long but she still refused!!!!!!!!!! I order an hot chicken bacon ranch and it was ICE COLD Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Will never ever order from the state of franklin store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
