The staff is always so nice and remembers our orders! Especially the girl with the purple hair, shes so sweet. Food is always fresh and delicious too.

Typical jersey Mike's fashion they give you the exact opposite of what you want on your sandwich. I simply wanted tomato mayonnaise light banana pepper light mushroom.....
The entire sub was lettuce green peppers red peppers no mayonnaise no mushroom. The exact opposite of what I wanted. I used to go to the one by Kroger and they did this all the time and now I'm coming to this location and every time I see the same people from the Kroger location at mountain castle they ruin my sub. Wherever those employees go is like a cancer who intentionally ruin people's food.

When I got there all of the employees were just standing in a circle chatting, which would be no big deal if the counters weren't super messy! I mean, it looked like they hadn't been wiped off all day. And the tables hadn't been cleaned either. When I went to sit down (and I was going to clean the table myself) an employee came up and said she would clean the table if I could wait for a sec.

Not sure what’s going on. I’m a regular, always get the same: # 13 Mikes way, white bread, x onions, oil/vinegar, oregano. Went in today and placed regular order. Got home and instead of white bread, had some type of inedible cheese bread that was not ordered. Sandwich was EXTREMELY DRY. Didn’t thro out cause I paid for it and can’t afford to wast food. I couldn’t see how it was made due to other orders. Not good at all

I am leaving a five star review because Jersey Mike's has Never made a bad sub for my family. Always delicious. Although I bought subs at this location and my entire family was sick for 24 hours. I won't go into details but we were very sick. We all had turkey subs....so....

my fiance and I ate at the Mount Castle location the other day while waiting for her interview. the subs were good and the staff was friendly and efficient quite a bit of food for the money

This restaurant used to be one of our favorite places for lunch, but we are not going back! The place was LOUD. All tables were filled, everyone was talking at once including staff taking orders. That wouldn't be so bad but they were also playing loud music (mixed with a little static). I was sitting across a little table from others at our table and could only hear half of what they were saying, even if I leaned out across the table. I went to one of the staff and begged to have the music turned down but nothing happened. I couldn't take it anymore and went and asked again. Nothing happened. Finally my husband went and asked and was told that their speakers could not be turned any lower. We were so relieved to get out of there! Terrible customer service and who dreamed up a speaker system that could not be turned down or off!!
