my fiance and I ate at the Mount Castle location the other day while waiting for her interview. the subs were good and the staff was friendly and efficient quite a bit of food for the money

Currently the best fast food subs in the industry right now. Luckily I usually use the app to order and go pick up my food. Pickups quick and on time every time.
If you haven't tried it, I recommend the Kang Crow special. It is roast beef and pepperoni. I do it Mike's way and add some mayo and a spicy pepper relish. It can get a bit messy but their bread holds up well and it's a fantastic sandwich.

Never had a bad experience here. It's always good tasting subs! The price can be a little up, but the value per size of sub is well worth. I'd highly recommend the Italian!

Stoped after church today and the line was backed up. Amazed how fast the staff made our subs and checked us out. Great team and great subs!
The steak on the steak and cheese sub did not have an ounce of seasoning. It tasted like metal. Really gross.
Worked through lunch and so looking forward to Jersey Mike's tonight. So disappointing. NOT what it use to be!

I came in to pick up a door dash order and a lady by the name of iesha with terrible customer service was the worst employee I've ever encountered at Jersey Mike's. Talked to me with such poor professionalism and like I was beneath her after I patiently waited for her to finish servicing her customers before I asked for my order. Makes me never want to pick up at this location again.
