My work sent me to pick up 68 subs at 2:30am for 3rd shift. Jimmy John's workers had it ready when I got there and everything was perfect. I can't get McDonalds or Panda Express to get one order right! The subs tasted great!

The order was entirely wrong. No lettuce. No tomato. Add bacon. It had all the lettuce and tomato. 0 bacon. It’s almost like the don’t read the tickets at all they just make whatever and assume you’ll be fine with it. Just check your food first before you leave so you don’t have to drive all the way back and make them do it right like I had to.

I ordered through the app on 12/3 for pickup thinking it would be faster…it was not. It took them over 20 minutes to make my wrap and it still wasn’t ready when I went inside. So much for “freaky fast”. My wrap was barely thrown together and there wasn’t enough dressing on it so it just fell apart all over my shirt. Now I’m late going back to work.
Was having a late-night (mom was in a nearby hospital w/cancer for months then passed and now my dad having health problems) I live about 45 minutes away, but when I do come to Johnson City and I'm in the mood for a sub, I come here they’re always awesome and fast and efficient only thing. I’m not happy about is the Jimmy John’s mustard going away Extremely disappointed about that ? but I'll live I ordered online they got it. It was finished quickly and I left a telly do it every time and they’re open late. Another reason why I love them because this town doesn’t have anything to eat late nothing that’s ordering online easy with the app the rewards are cool and you just walk right in and pick it up their station peasworth anything anyway ??♀️? tonight was my birthday night so I figured I’ll just get some Jimmy John’s And be on my way home Ordering online easy with the app the rewards are cool and you just walk right in and pick it up their station

My spouse picked up supper last night from JIMMY JOHNS and noticed an overcharge on his credit card today. He called the manager to report the incident but was told that the overcharge wouldn't be credited back. The overcharge was greater than $10, which is not significant but is concerning due to the principle behind it. We have been doing takeout from this establishment for years and, needless to say, we won't be back!
