Two out of the three pizzas were so-so. Really shocking because I've eaten here a few times and don't remember feeling dissatisfied. This was a to-go order so I couldn't judge the the service too much other the woman that brought the food was kind and reviewed my order before handing it to me.

My family and I visit this place often, at least once a week typically. In the past three years since we moved here and started coming, we have never once had bad service or bad food or a wrong order. Everyone is amazing and has a great personality, this is an absolutely amazing team. Management works and works hard right along their team. The pizza is also pretty good (coming from northerners) but the consistency of the food and attentiveness of the staff is amazing.

Well I hate to make this post but the more I thought about it the madder I got. I am a very loyal customer I go to the Johnson city Johnny's 1 to 2 times a week for the last several years. I was there today Tuesday 7/29 for lunch and I always get 2 slices of pepperoni same today but half way thru my first slice I found a long brown hair in it. I called the waitress over and told her she apologized and went and told somebody in the back came back and said sorry of course I wasn't charged for the pizza but gave me a ticket for my drink. I paid left her a tip and left. The manager or anybody never came out and apologized or at the least said sorry not have charged for the drink. I know the manager there he's a great guy knows me by name he wasn't there so it had to be an assistant manager. I'm not one to post this stuff on reviews but like I said the more I thought about it the madder I got.
My wife was reluctant to go inside, and it was my decision to dine in bad choice. The food was not good but the service was great.
