Every time I go to this restaurant my order is always wrong I tried to give people the benefit of a doubt I know people make mistakes but after 10 trips in 3 months and all 10 trips my older has been wrong

The staff was very rude and seem like they didn't want to be there let alone wait on me and my family. I asked for all legs and on breast in my order. I was feeding 4 kids that all wants legs and was told no they wouldn't accommodate me. I can understand if I was ordering all breast but chicken legs. I would literally drive out of my way to go to a different location or to Bojangles before I would ever come to the Johnson City location. Very disappointing staff and service.

We ordered online and got there early and went in when it should have been ready to pick up. We were then told it would be an additional 10 to 15 minutes because they were "focusing on the drive thru". We were there to see the very few cars that went through the drive thru. Also over $20 for 8 chicken tenders is way too steep.

I was going to get dinner here tonight. I pulled up around 9:20 and was told that you "have a very limited menu" because you close soon. I guess that means don't eat here between 9-10pm.

11/27 5pm ordered bucket of dark with mixed. Okay no xtra crispy. But not one wing. Biscuits were hard as a rock & crumbled. KFC has went way downhill it seems every time I go there its more expensive and crap food. Edit--10 months later walked in 9/28/24 no pot pies it will be a 45 minute wait for bone chicken. KFC should just shut this one down if can't get help. The pay must suck badly

The food was not horrible. I would say that the quality seemed decent for the price, compared to other places that serve cafeteria food that was prepared the day prior, and charge a premium for it (not to name Arby's name or anything).
If everyone else wants KFC, or it's otherwise convenient, I have no problem eating here; however, if I'm really in the mood for some fries chicken, I'd rather get broasters.
The person at the drive thru was very friendly.

The worst KFC in the. Tri cities. AVOID this place. I rather go 16 to 30 minutes down the road before I come to this place. Stay away. Go to any other KFC, just not this place. I say shut this store down or start over with new ?

A chicken place that is always out if chicken. Not once but everytime. No crispy, no white meat or 30 minutes if you want to wait. And this isn't last minute at 9pm. No, 6 or 7pm, you know, dinner time.
