Both times IV went in this Johnson City KFC have been horrible really. I ordered a chicken pot pie today and when I walked in to get my order the boy that was cooking just stared at me there was a guy at the window working I stood there three or four minutes waiting finally I had to ask them for my order which was setting on the counter. When I get home there's the only one little bite of chicken and maybe three or four bites of the mashed potatoes carrot or potatoes that's in the pot pie itself. I have a video of it it won't let me put it on here.

Two times in a row they forgot the biscuits and sauces that I paid for. Make sure you check your order before you leave and drive twenty minutes home just to be aggravated and disappointed. Twice now is just sad.

I do not recommend anyone eat at this location very poor customer service went to drive-thru had two separate orders and they put everything in one box when I went into speak to them about it instead of refilling the orders properly they just took their hands stuck in The box and separated the orders not very professional at all I will not be going back and I don't recommend anyone

We pulled up to drive through they had four people outside smoking, which is fine but when we pulled up to place the order kfc had no pot pies made they had no chicken sandwich’s to sell either. We were told both would take 45 min to prep, cook, and sell. So after sloppy customer service, lack of inventory we had to spend our money with another business. This was all @7:07 P.M. just a little heads up if the owner of that kfc building sees this just know they definitely do not care about you or your business and I would hire new people all these reviews are terrible on here

Used the drive thru at 1pm on a Saturday. I wanted extra crispy chicken and was told that it would be a 30 minute wait. So I got original recipe instead. When I got to the window to pay, I asked it there was a coupon or something I could have because they didn't have what I wanted available. He looked at me like I just asked the dumbest question he'd ever heard. It was 1pm on a Saturday, and there was no extra crispy chicken available?? Make it make sense.

I don't know if the food was worth eating. After waiting at the counter for about 5 minutes and 3 workers trying to avoid eye contact like it was there job, we left. Very disappointed with the lack of service. An acknowledgement goes a long way for patience. We received none. We were the only one at the counter and no one at the drive through.

Haven't been to a KFC in years and now I remember why let's start at the beginning. I ordered the #4 meal which on their menu board states it a 3 piece tender meal. I was eating there and they bagged my order so I didn't actually get to see what I received until I sat down. What I received a 4 piece chicken meal, thus the $17.17 total.. They would have had to throw the chicken away if I returned it and I hate wasting food. That's strike one! I asked for honey for the biscuit. No honey given. Strike two! Chicken was dry. As was the biscuit. Strikes 3 and 4. Potatoes were instant and tasted like paste. Strike 5. The two saving graces were the coleslaw and the peach mountain dew. I paid a lot of money to throw more than half away. I wish it were still the 70s when this chain was actually good! Sorry Harlan, I'm done with you! Update: Apparently they do not care about bad reviews as I have not received a reply to my review. Very unprofessional!

Half the chicken was soggy; the other half was overcooked. The soggy part was also very greasy. A wing was also still attached to the breast on two pieces of chicken. —— I could not use the Mobile app to take advantage of the free eight piece bucket of chicken. The mobile app did not work. I called three restaurants and none of the managers or staff knew what to tell me. One GM said that he and his restaurant had not been trained and he had no idea. No one in three stores had a clue! I finally discovered you could take advantage of the offer by going to the website. I’m sorry that I pursued your food. —— KFC, your chicken is obscenely expensive and the quality is dismal. I have been a lifelong lover of KFC and now I am done. You will no longer receive my business in Johnson City, TN, and the tri-cities area or at any place else in the world. —- Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave. I predict your chain will soon be in the ground as well.

Purchased 8pc for $10 Tuesday on app. Chicken was greasy, and most of the breading was in the bottom of the box. 4 legs and 4 thighs. The cheapest pieces of meat. Definitely no bargain.

Worst chicken ever. There is more chicken on a chicken sandwich from other restaurants than this whole 8 piece bucket. Nothing but bones and breading and near zero meat. Pitiful that KFC woulk treat us this way. What a great American company gone totally down the tubes. I am done trying.
