Purchased 8pc for $10 Tuesday on app. Chicken was greasy, and most of the breading was in the bottom of the box. 4 legs and 4 thighs. The cheapest pieces of meat. Definitely no bargain.

Worst chicken ever. There is more chicken on a chicken sandwich from other restaurants than this whole 8 piece bucket. Nothing but bones and breading and near zero meat. Pitiful that KFC woulk treat us this way. What a great American company gone totally down the tubes. I am done trying.

So I placed a mobile order at 5:10 and wanted to pick it up at 6. Upon arriving they still didn’t even have the order ready by 6:20. So since they hadn’t started my order yet I asked if I could do white meat on my order and who ever the heavyset rude woman was angrily said “ it is how it is”. And then proceeded to throw my order together in a very hateful manner. I will not be coming back here!!!! I have never heard of them not letting you choose between white or dark meat. Absolutely rude!!!! Very unprofessional and if she is any type of management she needs to be demoted.

Everything was over cooked and dry. So bad,tender were dry probably over cook,Mac and cheese dry..... The Colonel is turning over in his grave. I won't ever go back.

Went in and no one even spoke to us. Went one time with my son in the middle of the day and they literally said they were out of CHICKEN i said I don't care to wait and they again said they were out. Come on this has to be the laziest place ever

the whole if i could give 0 stars i would, applies perfectly here. woman at the counter claims she gave sauce when she very clearly didn’t, so left to eat my food without. i wasn’t arguing, but honestly do better, even if i had sauce why refuse an extra? why refuse at all? this location is the worst kfc of all of them, getting new workers doesn’t seem to be helping them at all.

The staff was very rude and seem like they didn't want to be there let alone wait on me and my family. I asked for all legs and on breast in my order. I was feeding 4 kids that all wants legs and was told no they wouldn't accommodate me. I can understand if I was ordering all breast but chicken legs. I would literally drive out of my way to go to a different location or to Bojangles before I would ever come to the Johnson City location. Very disappointing staff and service.
