Good sports bar, lots of screens, seating, physical separation of smoking, friendly hard working staff. The food offerings are typical bar food dominated by deep fried in seed oils. Be careful, think health, as it takes the body 3 years to clean out those chemical fat toxins.

Lively atmosphere, if you go get the ribeye or 7 oz sirloin with taters & green beans! I love all the hosts up front especially Jo, they always greet you with a smile :) In the service industry that is very important, first impressions mean everything and the food is great too! Kick back at Kickbacks & tip well! A big tip means so much more to them than it does to you so don't be cheap, tip 25% even if you get bad service, the service here is always great, highly recommended!

has an option for just a salmon filet for 7.99$ but when you try to call and order they say they don’t have it ? but the menu was updated yesterday ?

The best thing I can say about the place is that the salad was good, and the ranch dressing was homemade. Unfortunately, the fries we were served were awful—just leftover crumbs and scraps. They mentioned they were making more and later brought fresh ones to the table, but my meal didn’t even come with fries; I got them anyway because they wanted to get rid of them. Not the best first impression. The Philly steak my husband ordered was nowhere near Charleys’ quality. The food overall really needs improvement. Our server never asked if we wanted drink refills or extra napkins for our grandson, who had saucy wings. I had the salad and half a flatbread, but the flatbread was so hard I thought I might break a tooth after one bite. Needless to say, this was a one-and-done experience for me—I came, I saw, I ate, and I was disappointed.

One of the worst experiences I have ever in countered service was horrible waiter was horrible and management was very rude no cheese fries as a side but you can offer them as an appetizer and then you get alcohol and you don’t like it but it’s sorry nothing we can do all sales final this place has lost my business for good!

My family and I went to Kickback Jack's for the 1st time last night. We were celebrating a special occasion. My husband and son ordered wings and fries. I ordered a burger. Their food came out over 10 minutes before my burger came out. We came here to celebrate and eat as a family. They were more than halfway through their meals before mine ever came out. The restaurant wasn't busy yet. With tip we spent over $85. It was not worth it. We came here to celebrate something special and we couldn't even eat together. Very disappointing experience.

If 0 was an option I’d leave that. They have a gluten friendly menu, and it is far from gluten friendly. I had to pay for a meal I couldn’t eat. Very disappointed as I loved them before I found out about my allergy and was hoping there were still some options. Won’t be back.

Food is amazing especially for the price. Service was good. Atmosphere was fun. Well worth stopping at.

Food was pretty good. Servers were nice and friendly. Atmosphere is pretty comfortable but it's a chain restaurant. It's familiar and somewhat comfortable but it won't be unique.

“Sneaky add on charges “Ordered ribs and steak which cost $23 thought it came with two sides so I substituted the potatoes for salad and green beans for second side. Got the bill and they charged me extra $ 3.49 for green beans and $ 1.90 for salad ! What a ripoff! Never eating here again.

Great food and fun atmosphere! The ribs are amazing—tender, flavorful, and fall-off-the-bone good. Definitely worth a visit!
