We went there twice out of a 4-day trip. Each time the food was excellent and served warm to hot. We enjoyed the donuts very much! The coffee was good as well.

The donuts were great as they always are, but I got a medium frozen coffee drink and it was literally the size of a kid little cup like an Xtra Small. I asked the employee at the drive-thru window if that was a really a medium to which he replied yes do you want to see the mini size. Rude service in the drive-thru!

We stopped by Krispy Kreme this afternoon with plans to pick up a dozen donuts, but unfortunately left empty-handed. They were out of several varieties—including the cinnamon roll donuts my wife specifically came in for (which were being advertised) and the raspberry-filled donuts I was looking forward to. In fact, most of the shelves were empty.
When we asked the employee behind the counter about the best time to return, he didn’t seem to know and even commented, in reference to the cinnamon roll donuts, “Sometimes they make them, sometimes they don’t”—which didn’t inspire much confidence.
We were really looking forward to this stop, but left disappointed. Won’t be going back.

I ordered a bucket thing of the variety donut dots. Took forever, they weren't friendly. Drove off and went to eat some, and they weren't variety, only glazed and they were still all attached to each other, clearly how they are packaged when the store gets them, they didn't break them apart into individual donuts, and they were cold. It seemed like they took them out of a food shipment and just put them in the container like that. Really sucked, I never eat donuts but my daughter and I saw the picture of them and thought it seemed fun, only to be disappointed.

I went through the drive thru late Saturday morning and was a bit put off by the abrupt employee who took my order of 2 coffees and 2 hot chocolates. But what really got me was after pulling up to the window and waiting nearly 10 minutes, not a single person came to the window. I finally drove off and went to the McDonald's down the street. Being a first time customer to this location, I'm not sure I care to go back.
Always clean and always friendly. Even when someone is obviously having a bad day, they're still super nice and go out of their way to provide outstanding service. This place seriously has some of the nicest people working here and if I'm the one having a bad day, then I can be sure it will get better with a donut and some kindness! It's also very disabled friendly. I never have to ask for extra help and if I did, I would be treated with dignity.

Went through drive thru. Donuts tasted like day old at 830pm. Very limited variety. In fact hardly any variety. I was a restaurant mgr. and always made sure the customer received the same quality whether it was 10am or 10pm. A customer is paying for first rate quality. At least give a discount to get rid of old donuts as opposed to full price. They are not worth the money.

Donuts were fresh and delicious. Service was not great. I had an issue with using my points, long story short, 300 points got wasted, but I didn't want to create a scene and deal with getting them back. Probably won't go here again.
They are greasy and overpriced.
