Not been there in a while but double Krystal prices have gotten ridiculous and idk why but you couldn't even take the meat just mustard and pickles on bread. Dont know whats different but something is.

First time trying Krystal’s and I was honestly disappointed. I got a few sliders with my husband and the bottom of our sliders were wet/soggy. I know that they couldn’t had more potential but it was pretty bad first time experience. We were the only people at this location and I understood why. It felt like I was biting into a soggy piece of bread, not even the meat had any taste.

The meat was raw , and when I took it back , I was told " we can't cook it anymore " corporate won't let us . Then I ask for a refund, and was refused it. It's my own fault though because after seeing how filthy the place was , I still ordered. Ice a fool but never again will I go here

Food was great but service was horrible. Cashier was rude and disrespectful to customers.
The people on shift were clearing off orders before they were made then people who came in and cooked our food made us sick had to wait over thirty minutes for our food finally the manager or shift lead gotten us our food made due to her lazy coworkers had to yell at them for being lazy and when we left the “cooks” were on break sitting on their butts more than likely smoking “reefer” do not recommend going to till they clean out the trash working there but the manager who took care of us was very good

Coming from Chattanooga I have experienced what a good Krystal is. I did not get anywhere close to that in Johnson City location. I typically get the #1 combo with cheese so you would think that would be easy replicate at all locations. The cheese was not even on three of the sandwiches. It was in a pile in the bottom of the container like they just stick the cheese in the box and put the sandwiches on top of it. Also they had way too many onions. And the bread was soggy. At first I thought maybe they picked old ones without cheese and just pulled them out of that box and into a cheese box with cheese down in the box. They were not worth eating!! The fries were decent and pretty close to what you get other places and the coke was good. I don’t want to go back again.

I came there today 8/29 around 3am. I asked for the number 1 with ONLY cheese because I am allergic to unions. I repeated it twice to them. The girl with the blue hair acted like she didn’t even want to be at work. Not very customer oriented. I get my food and get all the way back home and low and behold there is unions in my burgers. I called back 10 times and no one answered the phone. Worst customer service ever. Would not eat here again if it was the only place on earth.
