I’ve been here in the middle of the day in the middle of the week and was pleasantly surprised at the speed, efficiency, and quality service then, and of course the delicious treats we had (key lime pie and a cookies and cream rice krispy.) So I was delighted to be here on a jam-packed Sunday brunch-time to receive the same experience! This time I ordered two drip coffees and a creme brulee donut with a chocolate croissant, delicious as well! What I love the most is the atmosphere this time of day! It’s crowded but doesn’t feel it at all because of the spacious ceilings and open concept next to the gallery. I’m absolutely delighted to see seating next to the art (and found out there is also seating upstairs!) The employees working the counter were so organized despite the many orders and it was worth the wait to be patient for fresh drip coffee. This is the kind of small, hometown feeling I live in local Johnson City small businesses. I can’t wait to come back when friends and family visit (and for late night sweet treats, since they’re open til eight and right next door to Little Magic- perfect for a night out that starts with dessert, or dessert after a couple cocktails!)

Cute place but my croissant was undeniably frozen and poorly rethawed- even reheated the inside was COLD. The Peach cobbler cruffin was barely peach, ice cold, and soggy as soon as you got past the crust- the only thing it really had going for it was the crust.
The only real appeal here is supporting local.
Also. PLEASE have some indicator where to put dishes!! It shouldn't be a scavenger hunt to bus your dishes!

I was super excited to visit this little bakery after hearing good things. I went around noon on Saturday and after trying to order a few different things on the menu I was informed the only items they had available were the few things left in the display case. The lady taking the order seemed to just be over it. Maybe I went at a bad time but heads up.

Love this place but Lazy Lady was very lazy today! Watched a FLY land on the pastries that were actually served to the lady right in front of me (Which I find funny but still very gross) Recieved poor service and I know that they can’t control what’s left but there was absolutely nothing at 10:45 and they’re supposed to be open till 8 so I’m not sure how they will do that with nothing to sell. Also employees hadn’t put out any clean forks. Truly lazy smh

My favorite aunt used to make sourdough sandwich bread & I haven't had any that would come close to hers for YEARS, until I ordered a loaf from Lazy Lady and it is damn near exactly like my aunts. Iknow it's just bread, but it made my whole day!! Iwill definitely be coming back for more.

This is the best place!!!. And she’s not just the owner she is the CHEF! MAREN makes absolutely everything that is made here on site and every pastry -sweet and savory- that I have tasted is delicious! She makes her own dough for her exquisite croissants.

The cafe now has beer and wine, so you will feel like you are in Paris.

A bit pricey for what you get. Didn’t finish the coffee as we didn’t care for it. Middle of Brioche was cold. Coffee shop has shared doorway with art that doesn’t lend itself to a cozy atmosphere.

Weird and inappropriate “art” work displayed. Demonstrates lack of true knowledge of world events.
