I just ordered 2 supreme pizzas and a 2-Liter of Coke over the phone.[2/21/26] I went to pick up my order and to my surprise there was only one pizza prepared! When I asked about my other pizza, I was told there was one pizza ordered. I corrected the cashier and said I ordered 2. So I left without my other pizza. This was very upsetting to me and not only did I NOT get an apology, there was no effort to correct the issue. She basically called me a liar. The woman that took my order didn't even inform me that they didn't sell Coke, but only Pepsi. I am very disappointed in the lack customer care, the lack of desire to correct the issue, and the cold shoulder I got. The woman that took the order denied that I ordered 2 pizzas, so she's either not actively listening to her customers, or she's too busy to pay attention. I even started the order by saying I want 2 supreme pizzas. I repeated myself multiple times that I was placing an order for 2 pizzas! I'm so angry right now!! Horrible service! Terrible customer relations!! Don't go to LITTLE CAESARS ON SOUTH ROAN STREET!!

This LC is definitely the best in the city. The crust is always perfect and never have I received a pizza that's a little too old, under cooked, cold, or slow. This is why I choose this location instead of the one closer me on the other side of town.
Dont know if it was because they were short staffed but i suggest to check your food before you leave the parking lot

If Google had a zero star option, that’s what it would be. I ordered food from there the other day. The breadsticks I asked for lightly cooked and they were stringy and completely underbaked. Both pizzas that I ordered had almost no cheese and way too much sauce and they were overcooked. In addition, there were at least five team members in front by the registers and no one helped me For about three minutes. I literally had to ask someone if they were even going to help me. Ridiculous I will not be giving my business to Little Caesars again.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be said. I stopped by this Little Caesars recently and witnessed the manager yelling at a teenage employee right at the drive-thru window. It was uncomfortable and honestly unprofessional. That kind of tone and behavior has no place in front of customers — or anywhere, really. On top of making me uncomfortable, it made my wait time much longer.
I get that things can get stressful during busy hours, but there’s a right way to address issues, and this wasn’t it. The food was fine, but the atmosphere left a bad taste. I hope the management takes a step back and realizes that respect goes a long way
