S Roan is the worst location in Johnson City, I'll advise to go to any other location The store smells bad, the entire crew has very poor hygiene are extremely rude tbey act as though they hate their jobs & every order is a big inconvenience they never have anything fresh & ready unless it is several hours old, almost always a 15 to 20 minute wait no mater the time of day, not sure how they manage to stay open with the service & product quality they provide, very poor ownership & management I drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid the S Roan location

Pizza is usually decent if you order it online. Breadsticks never have enough Parmesan and butter on them. Drive-thru is always operative and staff are usually friendly. I think the turnover rate is high here and I’m sure it’s due to pay.

I will never use little Caesar’s again. Ordered a day ahead on their website for 7 pizzas to be DoorDashed for a birthday party and they never showed. Called the help line. Promised the delivery was on its way. Never showed. Never again

Told the girl working that I wanted a pepperoni pizza with pineapple and bacon, no ham. I came back after waiting the 15 minutes and when I got in the car I found out she just gave me regular hawaiian pizza after I had told her about 3 times that I didn’t want hawaiian and wanted a pepperoni pizza with pineapple and bacon.
Never could get my order to go thru never had this happen before. Very un happy

Went there to get the crazy puffs that looks really good in pics and on videos but wasn’t I greatly disappointed.. they was very dried out and hard, and they was very disgusting. So if you are like me and wanting to try them then I would greatly recommend to go to a different little Caesar’s and hopefully theirs is a lot better.

Slightly disappointed. I went through drive through after work to order crazy bread and sauce only to be told we ain't got none. I understand that I was there during rush hour but they didn't even say we'll have some ready in 15-20 min if you'd like to wait (I would have gladly waited) or they didn't even say if they were completely sold out until next truck. The only answer I got was we ain't got none.
