The main guy spent most of the time complain9ng to other employees i stead of getting orders fixed. Then dumped a whole pizza out and started throwing object throughout the kitchen area. Nothing g ever hot and ready. Been here multiple times because on my way home.

If I could give it zero, I would, the girl took my order, took my money did not say a word and walked off. I stood there for 15 minutes only to realize after a shift manager walked up and said that the pizzas were in the hot box that was directly behind her at which time I pointed out that I was waiting for the food. Everyone looked confused, except for the little girl who took my order, she thought it was funny when I asked to speak to the GM they tried to send me someone else I insisted and then the GM just looked confused When I told her what she did the GM does not need her job. Honestly, none of the employees in the store seem to care the customer service at this location sucks

Spent 20 minutes making the order on the app to have it say we couldn't place it. Then why let us build it? We called to place it over the phone. The guy told me they don't take order the last 30 minutes. Unbelievable.

There were literal ants in my little brother’s pizza.
Manager was very rude about asking for a special request. We are able to do it at every other location with no issue

ALERT:
I will be contacting corporate because an employee named Emily is running off customers. Emily told us you can't place an order for the pretzel crust pizza after 8pm. We had to drive to another location to place our order, and ask them whats going on this location. The location was not closing for hours. So, that's not the reason. This is not just a disservice, but disrespectful. I will be communicating this to corporate, and on different platforms on social media. I am not slandering anyone, just exposing what we were subject to at this location.

Well first time I bought a pizza there was okay .Second time bought the crazy puffs which were greasy to say the least . Last time ordered crazy bread through portal 40 min ahead .Got to store to find 2 people trying to get their orders through the portal that was NOT working. Took my crazy bread to find it in a mismatched lump of greasy undercooked bread sticks ! Had to finish cooking them in air fryer. Angel Bowman ,general manager, you need to make sure your employees are doing their job. I don't want to do it for them
