Marissa was absolutely the best server and the food was exactly what I was craving. I heard Marissa is fairly new, but you couldn’t tell from her service, knowledge of the menu, and apparent comfortableness with her job. Highly recommend this location, and ask for Marissa’s section if you can!

Ordered the grilled meatloaf which was really good. However the mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant. Logan's food is too good to be using instant potatoes, if in fact they are.

Logans JC just can't seem to get right. I decided to give them another try after my two previous visits ended in disappointment. Both of those visits resulted in disappointing service and over cooked steaks. This time, I went when they had a half-empty parking lot. My son ordered the steak tips from the kids' menu. I had the 8oz sirloin. Over 20 minutes later, the server brings our food out, sits it down, and immediately leaves. Our steaks were supposed to be medium rare, but in true Logans fashion, mine was med-well to well done, my son's well done. For 15 minutes more, I tried in vain to flag down my server or anyone else to address it. My son was so hungry that I told him to go ahead and eat the chewy tips. When my server finally arrived, I showed them my steak. They offered to fire a new one, as if we had any more time to waist. Then the server took the steak away and voided the charge off my bill instead. Shouldn't a manager have come out to check on a voided charge? Apologize? When managing at Red Lobster, I did, every time. Thank goodness the rolls were there to curb my appetite while my son finished his meal. The service was lackluster, food poor, and customer recovery non-existant. I can get a better cooked steak from Golden Corral next door.
