If you've ever been to Logan's before, you just know their rolls are amazing and I'd never give it any less than a 4* for that alone. Server had been working there less than two weeks but was a very nice server. Went against his recommendation on food but I probably would've been happy either way. I got the Country Style Buttermilk Chicken and mashed potatoes, which were both equally as good. I wish there was more gravy but I could have asked for more if it was really an issue (it wasn't). Great stuff guys, will come back.

Savanna was the best server! Never had to ask for anything! Drinks were always kept full and our food was exactly what we asked for! Honestly the best service we’ve had in a long time! She was super polite, informative, and respectful! Will definitely be back to see her again!

Do not recommend. Place was pratically empty when we arrived.....we know why now. Place is filthy dirty. Service is extremely SLOW and awful. We had drinks that needed refills but our waitress was no where to be found. We waited over an hour for rolls and food and none of it was anything worth the price. This was a waste of money for a birthday dinner, and everyone left unhappy and unsatisfied. We told the waitress in advance when we first ordered drinks of how the bills would be spilt in our group and when we first recieved our bills items were not on the correct bills. The waitress also mixed up the cards with the bills and charged different amounts then the reciepts they were given to pay. Will not return or ever recommend.

We’ve previously visited the Logan’s in Bristol and had a great experience, so we were hopeful when we came to this location. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the start. While there was no wait and plenty of empty tables (which should’ve been a good sign), it quickly became clear why the Texas Roadhouse down the road had a two-hour wait instead.
The hostess seemed unsure of where to seat us, and once we were finally seated, it took about 7 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. After ordering, it was a few more minutes before we received rolls—despite the server’s warning that they were hot, they arrived barely warm.
When our food came, we had to wait again for the server to check on us, even though he passed by our table multiple times. We eventually had to flag him down. The steak itself was chewy and over-seasoned, which added to the disappointment.
To make matters worse, we were seated right next to the kitchen, where we could clearly hear loud conversations between the staff. It really took away from the dining atmosphere.
Overall, this visit fell well short of expectations and was a stark contrast to the quality we experienced at the Bristol location.
Went on a Thursday at 12pm. Maybe 15 people total dining in. Waited 42 minutes for the food. When the food finally came, water started leaking down from the ceiling all over us, our table, and food. We left and didn’t get to enjoy our meal and our time together.

The smoked salmon was delicious, and the roadhouse rice was great as well! The rolls are always fresh and buttery, and the onion rings were larger than any I’ve had before. The waitress was very attentive and courteous, and the restaurant was clean.
