Picking up a Christmas present, a little lady loves it and there isn't any in NC where we live, she wished for it. The person who took my order was great and personable. The food was scrumptious, she LOVED it. I had requested lots of crispies, and she had stressed it to the cook, there weren't hardly any. The little lady loved her Christmas present, though she wished there had been more crispies.

Past few times i have come in to eat it has been way to hot, i finally asked why and was told the AC is broken and there are no plans of fixing it. I was told its been messed up for awhile now and still no one has fixed it. Long johns doesnt care about its employees or the people who come in to eat. I dont think i will be back to this long johns, I come to eat to get out of the heat not be in it. Get it together.

Go to the one across town, it's near a 100% that no matter how many cars are in line you'll be forced to wait twenty minutes or more. And God help you if you order online. I ordered the salmon online, they didn't have any, you have to submit a survey to attempt to get a refund... And you never will. Or, at least, I'm still waiting three weeks later with no communication.
