Food was decent. Fries were cold. Really good service. Normally when I visit long John silvers, the food is cooked to order. This was not the case as I received my food immediately.

Love this place. Only reason I didn’t do a 5 on food was because they changed their fries. Still pretty good but I miss the old ones. Service, cleanliness, etc was perfect.

They really need a new speaker to talk through at the drive-thru it really sucks and it has sucked for years even the people that work there say it sucks but that the owners don't want to pay to invest in a new one so I assume they get hollered at and cussed at all day long over this so if they don't do something then they are sucky people
Parking: For some reason even if there is no one behind you and lying in the drive through they tell you to park on the other side of the building doesn't make much sense to me

The last two times I have went through drive through they have left out pieces of chicken or fish in the family meal I get. Also, they get the amount I tell them for each wrong. 8 chicken and 4 fish (12 piece family meal) missing two pieces of fish. The time before that, same meal 8 chicken 4 fish, get it home and it's missing 4 pieces of chicken! I called and they did write it down that I was owed 4 pieces of chicken, went by a week later and they honored it and I got my missing chicken. Food is sometimes not hot as it should be, luke warm. Price is expensive for a 12 piece family meal and any other. But it's the only Long John Silver's close to us.
Also, they've switched the fries to waffle fries, which I hate! I loved their fries!

Ask for extra ketchup as that was the only sauce I requested for a fish dinner, and extra side of hush puppies. Cashier said it would be an extra charge for more than two packets, that was the limit for free. Really? I can get tartar sauce, malt and vinegar, and ketchup, but only two ketchups if that's all I want? I just told them to keep it and went to Arby's.
