Slowest window ordering on the planet. Car in front of me waited 7 minutes to even be acknowledged, then was still put off for another 5 minutes. My wait was 11 minutes before I could even place an order.

My son went to pick up our dinner earlier tonight and ordered 3 meals, all 3 were the 1 fish and 2 chicken dinners. One had extra fries for the sides, one had fries and coleslaw, I ordered the cheese curds for an additional charge with fries for my sides. We got home and only ONE of the 3 meals had all the stuff we ordered! TWO of the meals were missing a chicken strip, the coleslaw was missing and the extra fries weren’t in the box either! So I paid $11 for one fish and one chicken missing sides…: times 2!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and probably won’t be back again.
Food was great. It arrived promptly and everything was hot. I did have one complaint. I tried to use a gift card. Couldn't use it. This was the 2nd location that was unable to take this card. What is the problem?

Very very little fish in the overcooked fillets and some hush puppies so hard they couldn't be broken. The beans were so salty, they had to be rinsed.

Took 17 mins to get a 3 piece fish dinner but the fish and fries and hush puppies were so so oily and had that old weird dirty used oil taste couldn't even eat it. Ok gave them another chance tonight went at 7:45pm they said the computer was down take about 15mins to get it back up so I left came back at 8:15 and was told same thing empty parking lot 2 people working it was like they didn't want to take orders and make food won't be back to this one. Avoid it

Had coupons and they changed the price to more. Portions very small and will not go back. Good fish but not worth arguing the price of an introductory coupon.
I will never go back to Long John Silver on South Roan Street. Last 2 times I was going thru the drive thru and got home they gave me not the side orders that I wanted and the fish was soaked in oil super bad. Could barely eat the fish.
