I can’t believe someone has to write this as we head into 2025, but here goes: check your order before exiting the drive-thru, because chances are, some of the food you paid for is MIA. This time, they forgot to include one of my 88 year old mother’s two sides. They also failed to include tartar sauce which makes for some pretty dry fish eating. I hate that I wasted $30 on this order. Please enjoy this photo of my elderly mom choking down dry fish.

Went thru drive thru on 12/8 and purchased 8 piece family meal plus lobster bites and crab cake. Got home discovered was shorted one of the sides, started calling rings so long it goes to pre recorded message stating all associates are busy help other customers please call back later. That was at 1 o'clock, it is now 4:15 and still haven't gotten a hold of anyone. Spent $44.54 but didn't get full order and can't reach anyone short of driving back to store which is out of my way.

The waffle fries is the WORST thing you could have ever put on your menu, who are you trying to be, Chic-fil-a. You need to bring real French fries back instead

Make sure you check your order before leave. Half of the order was missing. I also received a side dish I didn't even order. I have been there twice but will never go there again.
Long John Silver in Johnson City has updated their outside appearance, which looks very nice. The inside is mostly updated but could use some tending to in order to keep it looking good.
Customer service was top notch on our visit; super friendly cashier and staff prepping food. She answered menu questions since some things recently changed. Food was brought to the table quickly and it was fresh! The order was correct, food was delicious and hot!
Overall, it was a great experience! Forgot to ring that bell going out!

I have a secret! If you drove past the Long John Silvers on the Bristol Highway in North Johnson City, you would see a packed parking lot. Why? You probably thought like I did and thought LJS had seen its better days. Well, you won’t believe it but they have made a huge comeback! It reminds me of when I used to eat there as a kid with my parents. The fish fillets are thick and flavorful like they used to be 20 years ago. Big improvement on the new waffle fries. They also reworked the coleslaw recipe! I still can’t believe what a great meal it was. And I thought they were going out of business! Someone at the top is making some good changes! Wow!
