I just visited your store in Johnson City. I got four tacos and the lady argued with me that she could not give me slaw so I had to pay for a side of slaw instead of just adding it. So I literally got two tacos a side of slaw a side of Baja because as you can see on the tacos, they’re extremely little and four tortilla shells along with two drinks small drink drinks at that and as you can see on my receipt I paid over $30 that was $15 per person for one taco a shell very little slaw and a drink. I think you should be ashamed of yourself. I own a restaurant and a food truck. It is one thing trying to make you live in, but it is another when you are price gouging your customers. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope the millions that you were making fluffy your pillow at night.

This Long Johns is one of the few left I would recommend.. it is far better than Middlesboro, KY, Morristown, TN, Knoxville, TN, Rogersville, TN, Dandridge, TN, Sevierville, TN and etc .. most Long John’s fish taste like an old pot of stinking oil .. but here it’s ok .. so as of right now it’s the only one I recommend that’s in Johnson City, TN

My recent experience at Long John Silver's was extremely disappointing. We went through the drive thru , they asked us to wait for our food and to pull behind the building. We ended up waiting for over 20 minutes for our order, and it was clear that the staff had completely forgotten about us. After finally getting someone's attention, the manager ended up having to give us our money back because our food was nowhere to be found. While the employees were quick to issue a refund, there was no apology or real effort to correct their mistake, which made the situation even more frustrating. This level of inattentive service is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care for customers. I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

We ordered a chicken share last night and it was still pink in the middle.
So far everything I've ordered has been cooked very well and seem extremely fresh!:) some other Long Johns that I've ate at I've had bad experiences with food been out awhile and sometimes burnt dried out but not this location so far been great!
