Purchased a gift card for my dad and step mom. They tried to use it. No good. I called to check the balance. Everything was in working order. My sister purchased a gift card. IN THIS LOCATION. That card doesn't work told my 81 year old step mom to use it at another location. They did end up comping the meal for her so that was nice. Then I took the card to the south roan location and they couldn't take the card. What is the problem?

I have been eating Long John Silver’s fish and chicken since I was a kid. They used to have them where I grew up in Florida till they closed down about 20 years ago. When we moved to Johnson City 6 years ago, I was so happy to see there was a Long Johns here!Sorry no pictures because I always forget to take them but we have been to this location many times and every single time the food has been hot, fresh, and delicious!I hope this one never closes because they literally have some of the best fried fish around! I swear they must put crack in their batter lol!

LolVegetarian options: Rice Fry's huspuppies slaw corn and the crispys but the are batter off the chicken shrimp and the fish so the greese will have the meat flavor to it. But the frys are cooked in there own greeseDietary restrictions: My son's a diabetic and they offer info to help with counting carbs. Wonderful...Parking: A circle around lotKid-friendliness: Of course and you get hats coloring books& crayons also little pirate maps with puzzles. I like them& if you eat inside they let you ring the bell when you leave if the food is good that is and I promise you'll ring it. They offer all the kid seats& high chairs also.Wheelchair accessibility: The Isles are wide enough for wheelchair and so are the rest room& they have handicap parking also
