The food isn’t as good as it used to be. This was my favorite place to get a steak and I barely ever eat steak but now it’s just not good anymore. My mashed potatoes were cold and my steak wasn’t even cooked the way I asked for it to be. There was also a hair is my husbands steak. How that happens idk. We’ve came here several times and we just keep getting disappointed. Also the filet is nothing but fat and I’m pretty sure a filet isn’t suppose to have much fat and it had no flavor. Need better cooks in my opinion if you wanna charge $80 for two meals.

We waited in the bar for an hour while waiting on our table with was ok. The bartender best described as dazed and confused was on the struggle bus. Another employee gave us bread and she tried to take it and give it to someone else. The employee said I just asked if they wanted that and they said yes. Bartender was flustered and walked off. When she came back she said would you like another drink? My reply was, what I would really like is a napkin and silverware to slice and eat this bread. Ugh. Luckily our table was ready by that time within 30 minutes. The service at the table improved and food was great.

My husband and I went out for date night and I had the most PERFECT sirloin! It was cooked to the perfect medium temperature and was definitely worth the price! The side salad was delicious but the portion size was a bit much. Nonetheless it was a 10/10 dining experience and we will definitely come back for our next date night!
If you love meat, this is your place where you will love to dine at.

Service was excellent, Macy was quick, kind, and efficient. I ordered the 6oz filet and my husband had the salmon. Food was good but I go out to eat to get a meal that is better than good. Prices do not line up with the average quality of food served at Longhorn… used to be much better. Total bill for the two of us was $75. (w/gratuity). We didn’t have a cocktail or dessert. IMO, too much $$ for an average dinner.

Neither my husband nor I are steak eaters, but we still love this restaurant. They have a big menu that offers pork chops, chicken , salmon, ribs, and so much more. This visit we started with the onion petals which came out piping hot and delicious. The salads were served in chilled bowls and were crispy and fresh. I ordered the lemon garlic chicken with steamed broccoli and it was so good that I licked the plate. My husband said his ribs were fall-off-the bone perfection. Our server was Hannah and she was excellent. This has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants in Johnson City.

I ordered 12oz of chicken and it looks like I only received 9. I didn’t have one bite of my dinner due to the fear of this clearly undercooked POULTRY and cross contamination. It’s bouncy and I can barely push my fork through it. Very disappointing after a long day at work
