Took me 40 minutes to get my food. They had my food ready and sitting out on a counter in the back so my food got cold. They forgot my apple pies and gave me the wrong size fries. Fries at least room temperature when they brought them back several minutes later.
I ordered two big Macs and nuggets meals both of my big Macs only had one single patty on them. I call when I get them back to my kids in Elizabethton. they tell me I have to bring the food back there. which is fine, would I be there and not be expected to hold on to the food all night. and also if I did not know that per health department and Serv safe policies once food leaves the building OR enters a customers hands it cannot be returned inside the building.
