This McDonald's has a record of messing up orders frequently. For example, in the pictures below, I ordered a McChicken, extra mayo, add mustard. Instead, I get a McChicken extra mayo, add...mac sauce? Thoroughly confused, grossed out, and disappointed. I frequent this restaurant alot, considering I work nearby, but at this point, I'd rather go to the Elizabethton location.
Update 10/25/24 I find they have been giving me wrong sizes for things I ordered. Or when I ask for light ice, they just give me a normal iced drink. Here's a photo of them giving me a medium fry instead of a large fry.
Update 03/11/25 Almost complete disregard for instructions. They got my no pickles on my double cheeseburgers right but they didn't give me any onions on the McChickens or extra mayo. And I asked for light ice, but they gave me double the ice according to the fill line. They clearly don't teach listening skills in their training.

When you order oatmeal and you specify that you want a butters for your oatmeal and six packs of Splenda with raisins and cranberries. And as a paying customer I expect to get exactly what I asked for granted if they're only supposed to give out so many butters per oatmeal then they should specify that and tell you anything other than that you will be charged additional fees for the butter. But they did not they got you with me over the butter and I told them I would be glad to pay for it but I still did not get the butter requested. That's bad service in my eye and I run my own business I know what customers satisfaction should be.
Parking: I know the customer is not always right by any means but when a customer asks for certain things please accommodate them even if it costs them let them know there will be additional charges some people would rather pay the additional charges and get what they want then they would not get what they want to make their food taste better to them so please start accommodating customers for what they asked for business would be a whole lot better if you would do so.

Wear a heavy jacket. Eat fries quickly before they freeze. They keep the temperature down and AC on full to discourage people from eating inside.

Every time we go to this location we have to pull up to the next window and wait forever for our food. Why do they even ask what kind of sauce with the Happy Meal? Is it just to know exactly why I'll be disappointed in them today? It must be because it's certainly not to include the aforementioned sauce in the Happy Meal. 4 stars for food though because the ice cream machine always works.

Horrible experience came to pick up a door dash order waited in line for 20 minutes just to be told to pull up and wait for 1 minute on frys when I refused the managers got attitude with me ended up being almost 30mins after pick up time I received the order and got a bad review because of it do better McDonald's isn't a hard job
Foods always good but recently lacking in the service department. Asked for “extra salt” and now while I understand not being able to add it to the fries, could at least put the salt in a separate bag or just hand it to me at the window.

Food was alright only got a frappe, cookie and nuggets. One of the night managers with purple brown hair seemed like a real dick head and kept giving me faces and looking at me weird for no reason. While I was just standing there with a friend and waiting for my food. This made me feel really uncomfortable and weird.

Disgusting. This isn’t the first time at this location where hair has been not only in my food but inside my drink cup as well. I don’t have blonde hair nor curly hair at that. It was in my fries. This location needs to do better about hair not being in there customers food and I say this as a fast food employee myself. Straight ridiculous.

Bathrooms were gross and the lady just put out the wet floor sign. It smelled like she just sprayed a strong perfume a d walked out.
