Bought biscuit and gravy breakfast ($8.29) this morning, as I left I looked at the extra cup of gravy I paid extra $1.89 for, it wasn’t half full! I drove back, went in and showed it to them, they looked at it, said it was 3 oz! Cup wasn’t half full!! I told the lady it was my last time buying breakfast there!! Ridiculous!! I should have ask for my money back!!😒

I have mostly been happy to visit ,however today has been the scariest and I regret coming here after a long and tiring day.Made an order,got home ,half of my order missing asked my children to go pick the missing orders,they come back and more order is still missing.I go there myself,no apologies at all and I am told by the shift manager that they have new staff they are training and that's all and if I would like to take my child's chocolate milk that was missing among the kids meal or not.
Anyways , they looked at me as if I was lying to just get extra.So I decide to let them keep the milk for themselves .
Please ,we all work in different areas and customer service is important Atleast apologize for a mistake and offer a solution in a happy way not in a way suggesting that you care less.I was not comfortable but ITS OK.
I would never waste my fuel to mc Donald's twice just to receive such an unwelcoming look and lack of appologies.You can keep my child's milk!!!

I ordered on the app and then was told once I got there that they were starting breakfast and I couldn't get fries. Which I was fine with even though it was supposed to be an hour long er but started breakfast. But then both the McChickens I got and the chicken nuggets are gone for so old and hard and this was after I had waited more than 5 minutes I would just think if you're waiting cuz a few minutes for your food it would at least be fresh very disappointed

Messed up our order multiple times. Pitiful service.
The food was ok. The workers never announced what order was what we had to guess on what order was ours. The cashier seemed like he didn't wanna be here. The store in the front was not the best. There was trash on a lot of the tables. On top of that how do you charge a drink upcharge on drinks that are supposed to come with the meal, I understand that you still have to pay something for the drink as well but that price is factored into the bill. It should never be upcharged just for a drink that come with the meal.
