Drive thru is so slow, it's unbelievable. Especially since I can see multiple employees inside once I got to the second window. Not only that, i had to wait even longer due to them not being able to find my order. The drive thru is supposed to be the quicker option rather than going inside, but I've only ever had problems with the drive thru. Honestly, they should just close the outside lines for good if the service through them is gonna be this bad of an experience

We ordered our food at 6:03PM curbside. Had to go inside and the staff werent putting orders together. I had to ask them about my after 35minutes (and had to wait that long because they wouldnt come to the counter. There was a line of customers waiting for food. Then when I finally got my food, both my kids were missing food in there happy meals and my curbside drinks werent filled. They said they didnt have time to fill them and I had to do it. It took over 40 minutes to get my order, others even waited longer. Ive traveled all over the country and this had to be the worst wait time. And then our fries and food were cold.

Worst McDonalds in the tricities. This is the location closest to my house and I purposely drive to a different location, further away to avoid this one. Constant wrong order, constant waits (often for just one sandwich).. The fries here always taste like they refried old ones. Just poorly run all around.

Had an amazing time there last week. I havent had a good time at McDonald's in years it seems like. The food was good and there was a woman who asked us how we were doing. I didnt catch her name but I asked her if we could pray for her and we ended up praying for her after. If you figure out who she is, she is s good worker and deserves a raise.

I always go to this location because it’s the closest one to my house, I had never had any issues with it until today, and used to be a black dude on the night shift which is so nice 10/10! I just got a home with a NASTY sandwich if I can call it like that, the bread and the chicken were hard as a rock. You can see lettuce and tomatoes from the picture, but it looks like it’s been out there for the whole freaking day waiting to be sold. Honestly the worst experience ever with food. NASTY! Please check your food before you leave! I don’t even know how can you actually sell something like that. It’s simply immoral!

Mcdonalds..always McDonalds good But not a fan of the app doesn't always sync up the kiosks and 90% of the time using app and going inside it messes up one of the bonus deals never fails. Drive thru works great. With all the apps out there working the way the should you would think a giant company like McD could find somebody to make it 100% of the time. Hardware breaks but code? Come on guys even your managers hate it.

Every time I come there it's either an attitude from somebody especially the blonde manager or my order is wrong. Like I was told todaythat my card wouldn't work while going through the drive-thru so I went inside put my order in and paid and when the manager seen me she rolled her eyes and I grabbed my food and told her my card worked at the kiosk and all I got was attitude from her

Very clean restaurant, food was freshly cooked when we ordered, and the staff we encountered were very friendly. We were going to take our food to go but decided to stay and eat after seeing how pleasant it was!
