Ordered 3 cheeseburgers no ketchup no. Mustard. The receipt said pickle only cheese only onion only. What we received was three cheeseburgers with just cheese on the bottom. No pickle no onion. I really don't know how you can mess that up.

I waited at the drive through window for over five minutes. I wish just once they could get my order right. The last 3 times I've been there I haven't received the sauce for my chicken nuggets and this time my burgers were made wrong. The girl handing out food at the window was extremely rude also.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. First of all, there was no bacon. Second of all, it was pink in the middle. Like VERY pink lol. They were extremely rude the entire time and we waited in line for over 15 mins.

Why have a dam phone so customers can call and ask questions if the manager or an employee is to dam lazy or has extremely poor customer service and doesn't want to help a customer trying to call and ask a quick question

Placed a mobile order for breakfast before it ended. Got there 2 minutes after 10:30 and they didn’t make my order because I wasn’t there before 10:30. They wasn’t polite and didn’t help me. They also said that they saw my order come through and they still didn’t make my food before they put everything up for breakfast. Pathetic.

the employees are beyond drugged out of their minds. i ordered 5 packs of ranch at the speaker because i know its extra to add on. i get to the window to pick up food and the ranch’s are missing and she told me they could only give me 3 because of a “new rule” after i was charged for 5. then proceeds to give me mayo instead of ranch and was slurring and could barely hold her head up.
