This is hands down the best mcdonalds in johnson city. Possibly one of the best in the country even when busy, my food is always hot fresh and my order is accurate. Cooperate if you are listening, you all should definitly do something for them. You could not have asked for a better crew. Will always go to this mcdonalds when I go.

Took us 20 minutes before I got to order. The store manager started taking orders and then she just left the guy standing there. She told him she would be right back but she never did. The other cashier was in training. It was a mess. Have the people that went through tge drive thru had incorrect orders. Not a good day for this McDonald's.

This McDonald’s stole $10.00 and refused to make it right. I placed a mobile order on the app. When I got to the restaurant a few minutes later, I was told they quit serving breakfast, so they canceled the order. I was then told they had the items but I would need to pay again. I asked for proof that they refunded the order from the app, which they refused to provide. The money had already came out of my bank account. They then said I was still charged for the drinks. I asked them to cancel the drinks since I had no food to go with them. The person said she could not do that. I still have not been refunded for the food I never received. BADADADADA, I’m loathing it!
The manager Daniel B. was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He makes the whole store look bad.

It took exactly 30 minutes for us to get our food. They called it a “little bit of confusion” but when we got it, it was cold and soggy. We nearly missed our movie due to this tremendous wait time. RIDICULOUS.
