We waited in the drive thru today for 1 cup of coffee 20 minutes, I'm sure they poured the coffee as soon as we ordered it at the speaker, because when we actually got up to the window and my husband took a drink of the coffee it was cold will not be going there anymore.

Utilized the drive through, was told to wait, 3 others were served from the 2nd drivethrough lane while I waited. When the person finally took my order, after I sat patiently and quietly, was rude and yelling at me. When I arrived at the pay window, the employee there had no human decency and was disrespectful. When I got to the pick up window, the manager there handed me a coffee, which I didn't order and then crammed a bag into hand. This place has officially lost my business.

If I could give a zero trust me I would. We ordered our food at 10 exactly. And we were the only ones in lobby and their drive through wasn’t backed up either. At like 10:20 the lobby started to get full and we were still waiting on our food and so was everyone else who had ordered inside. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they’re short staffed so we waited patiently because we saw other people get mad at them, and it is my day off so I didn’t have anywhere to go necessarily. At like 10:30 they stopped serving breakfast so I’m thinking surely they’ll finish my order that I made 30 minutes ago. And a couple people that paid after us got their food before we were even talked to about our food. Then we went up to the counter to ask and we hear them say they don’t have breakfast anymore. At 10:44 a worker comes up and says unfortunately we ran out of breakfast food and we aren’t making anymore but I can replace your order with a lunch item or hotcakes or breakfast burritos Which is nice I’ll give her that and so I said I’ll take the breakfast burritos. She goes back there and brings us back a large fry hotcakes and breakfast burritos so my boyfriend got his hot cakes which is good. Then I heard them yell in the back that they have breakfast items and they have mcgriddles which is what I ordered so it was just really disappointing. When we got in the car I started eating them. The fries are cold and like hard, and the breakfast burritos are mainly tortilla. I’m all for having patience and you never know how someone’s day is going so I was understanding just very disappointed that it went like this and now I know to never come back because some other customers said this behavior is normal and they don’t normally come here because of it.

They didn’t give us half of are order and then we came back in and said there is nothing we can do about it because the resete was in my nanas car and we were with my mom when we realized we didn’t have the whole order and we told them to check the cameras and they aid we were lying also one of the employees were smoking a cart while on the job

Must be nice to have promotional items and not have the capability to provide said items. This particular one is a habitual offender for NEVER having a functioning ice cream machine. Real shame.

Waited for 20 mins for my food, asked for refund because I wouldn't have time to eat it as my break is only 30 mins, and they wouldn't refund and just insisted I take the late food instead.

You guys screwed me out of $10, but you screwed yourselves out of a paying repeat customer. I'll find somewhere else to buy my lunch from here on

I stopped in to get a drink and upon arriving I noticed a member of management standing beside the enclosure to the dumpster smoking Marijuana. It was the manager that drives the Ford Escape, the hefty guy with a shaved head/short hair. I just got a drink because I was thirsty, normally I get more. I had lost my phone in my truck(I work out of my truck so it can be a bit messy @ times). I was there for a little while looking for my phone, and one of the times I went in, that same manager said something slick to me but it wasn't to my face, he wasn't even by the counter, so I didn't hear what he said but by his tone it was rude and uncalled for. So this evening I gave someone a ride to this establishment and learned that this gentleman was trying to call the cops on me, that he said that he 'trespassed' me, and luckily another employee let me know his intentions and I left. I don't know if he is upset because I mentioned to another employee instead of calling the home office that everytime that he works he gives me cold soggy fries, but he never said to me that I had been there too long or anything because that's all it would have taken for me to leave. I will be calling the home office though for sure tomorrow morning and letting them know that they have a member of management that does drugs on the clock, is rude to customers and employees both, and has no qualms about lying. I thought I was doing him a solid by not reporting him to the home office in Kingsport or to corporate, but I know I can't be the only one that he's been nasty to. I know this one time, a gentleman from Asheville got stranded because his ride left him there(he was coming from middle Tennessee). And instead of helping him,(all he was trying to do was ask for the address) he called the cops on him Because he was black. I'm not making this up this is something that I witnessed myself and there is a record of the 911 call with either the JCPD or WCSO. The managers name is Daniel Bowman.

Waited over five minutes in the curbside for an ice cream cone. (The drive thru was backed up and I was in a hurry.) So, I had to go in. The employee was very apologetic. Not sure what the issue was. This McDs is also fast, friendly and efficient.
