Stopped by this location and got two hot and spicy McChickens both of them were dark brown and dry you can tell they were several hours old if they haven't been sitting there since lunch I wouldn't be surprised this is at 5:23 when dinner starts . I worked at this location for over 3 years the previous management would have never allowed this to happen and I would have never put food out that looked like this The employees the management and the owner should be embarrassed by the overall service and work ethic of their employees My suggestion is to find any other McDonald's that is close by to stop at

I ORDERED FOOD AT THIS LOCATION AND CHECKED IN AT DRIVE THROUGH LIKE NORMAL. I THEN WAITED FOR ALMOST 15 MINUTES IN LINE AS CUSTOMERS THAT HAD ALREADY PAID LIKE ME WERE WAITING IN FRONT OF ME. THE 2 CARS IN FRONT OF ME GOT MAD AND LEFT DOING BURN OUTS THEY WERE SO MAD. I WAITED AS I NEEDED FOOD FOR FOR OVERNIGHT AT WORK AS I AM DIABETIC AND NEEDED TO EAT. THE NEXT THING I KNOW THEY TURN OFF THE LIGHTS AND SHUT THE PLACE DOWN WITH PAID CUSTOMERS IN THE DRIVE THROUGH REFUSING TO COME TO THE WINDOW OR ACKNOWLEDGE THE REMAINING CUSTOMERS. DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS IT IS NASTY THE PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND YOU ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO GET YOUR FOOD YOU PAID FOR. I spoke with the manager he was a very nice and was able to refund me my money on the spot plus more for my trouble. The night shift let's the whole place down but understand it's not a manager problem the workers in this area are some of the laziest I have ever seen i see it all over even my own employer has problems hiring good people.

New Year’s Eve drive-thru. McCrispy took 20 minutes. It was rubbery chicken. Fries were limp and soggy. Employees were great, though. Doing the best they could with what they had to work with. But, won’t be back anytime soon.

This is the only mcdonalds that every single time i order i get told to pull into a waiting spot, and i wait for 10 min, over a 5 dollar meal deal, there has only been 1 time that the person taking my order was nice, other than that, its super impatient people and they are rude. This mcdonalds needs a attitude check. Yall are serving me. Not the other way around.

Lately, we've been doing a lot of app ordering then drive thru pick up at this location. Out of probably 30 or so times in the last few months,only 1 time was the order not 100% correct. In that case, it may have been, but was given to another customer. We often have to pull up to the line & wait, but rarely longer than 2-3 minutes. It's McD's, so you know what the food is like. But the employees here are always cheerful and friendly. And the app has some good offerings!
Parking: Difficulty turning left out of either exit during high traffic, olan accordingly.
Kid-friendliness: No playground, but charging at table & a couple of free game screens available.
Completely ignores front counter lucky to get order taken within 30 minutes drive thru faster but not by much

In that case, it may have been, but was given to another customer. We often have to pull up to the line & wait, but rarely longer than 2-3 minutes. It's McD's, so you know what the food is like.
