Went threw the drive thru today and placed a food order and was charged 99 cents for a cup of water.. I just ate at a MCDONALD'S traveling from Myrtle Beach and it was 25 cents.... What ashame to charge so much for a cup w ice and tap water..

I just don't understand why you go through the drive-thru and the lady handed you your stuff keeps her back turned to the window the whole time has the food out of the window with her back turned talking to whoever just completely unprofessional

Had a great experience there. Asked Elliot to wash my feet and he said sure why not. But when he came out with the water it was Zack instead. Still in the end pretty good experience. Only one star because I found a hair in my ice cream.

Literally the worst place!! Every employee was very rude. Didn’t encounter a nice person once. Waited literally 20 mins for a burger and nuggets. They didn’t even know what we ordered when we got to the window. Definitely think they need new staff and better management. Wouldn’t come back to this McDonald’s if I had to.
Place was busy but the drive thru was fast and accurate they tried to accidentally give me someone else's order but it wasn't there fault someone drove off on them..and everyone makes mistakes ,but food was cheapest around for 2 hot sausages biscuits for 5 bucks and they was fast friendly and accurate after the incident..so I'm loving it 😅!!

After graduation, my family stopped by for a quick bite before heading home. Amazing service, and great food! The service workers were awesome and super polite; definitely set themselves apart from other McDonald's establishments

McDonald's is my go-to spot for a quick grab and go breakfast. I highly recommend the McGriddle with the crispy chicken, it's basically Chicken and Waffles

If you don't want your order messed up, I would suggest not coming to this McDonald's. We ate breakfast here on a Saturday and Sunday. Saturday they messed up our order (left the pancakes off of 3 Deluxe Big Breakfasts) When my mom called, seemed non commital but after driving back, they did give her the 3 orders of pancakes. However the next morning, we decided to give them another chance. Just my husband, son and I. They messed up my coffee (i wanted it hot and got it iced, i just drank it anyway) While we sat inside eating, we overhead probably 8 orders being messed up. Orders having items left out, orders being completely messed up, and orders being given to the wrong customers. And those were just the ones who decided to come in!
