I love the food and beer here. But, something has happened and the service has gone down hill. Came in with 4 people and ordered two pizzas and a salad. Had to remind Tayla after about a 1/2 hour wait to bring salad. Pizza took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Finished eating and nobody cleared plates. Friend put salad bowl on another uncleaned table. Tayla, our server, saw it and gave us the death stare! I guess we were there too long for her shift, but, again, we had no choice because the food took so long. I am there regularly, but not sure I’ll be back.

My favorite place to go, but lately not happy and not sure I’m going back. Pizza always delicious, but food took forever to arrive. Then Tayla, our server, gave us a dirty look when we moved a plate to another dirty table. We reminded her of a salad we ordered, then she did not want clear it, so we moved it. Never saw a dirty look like that out of a server. Oh, then they only had plastic utensils available because they didn’t want to give us silverware at the end of the shift. Still gave 30% tip because Aiden, another server, came in to save the day!

I am writing to highly recommend Tayla for her exceptional handling of a large party during for my social event. From start to finish, Tayla demonstrated a remarkable ability to manage the logistics and needs of a big crowd, ensuring everything ran smoothly and efficiently. She handled unexpected challenges with grace and professionalism, always finding a solution that kept the group on track. Tayla’s positive impact, such as a moment of stress she defused or a complex task by making it simple.
It's clear that Tayla has a natural talent for organization which is essential when coordinating with many people. Thank you for the party room and hospitality Mellow Mushroom! Plus, the food was absolutely on point!!

Ordered a shiitake mushroom pizza with chicken, the bartender, Alex forget to ring in the order, we waited an hour and fourty five minutes still with no pizza.
Alex’s friends were at the bar and his friends were apparently more important than his job.

Arrived at mellow mushroom at 1pm..got our medium pizza at 213. Waited forever for waitress to even come to come to the table. Never returned to refill drinks. Best part..Pizza was COLD...not warm but cold. Worst service I've had in a long time

We came in mid afternoon on a Sunday to a somewhat empty restaurant. Ordered two kids drinks, two adult drinks, appetizers and a salad. Our waitress was not to be seen again and 37 minutes after ordering came to tell us it would be 5 more minutes. 42 minutes for appetizers and a salad?! Then charged us $7 for two kids teas? It’s absolutely ridiculous. I love the food here but every time we come the service and food wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I’d suggest going anywhere else. Even little ceasars greets you when you come in the door.
