Each build your own pizza starts with the classic Mellow pizza crust, red sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Select ingredients to build your own pizza. Ingredients can be added to the whole pizza or just one-half of the pizza. Thin crust, gluten-free crust (available for small pizzas only) and vegan cheese also available.

I had a fantastic experience at the mellow mushroom here in JC, contrary to other locations I’ve eaten at. We had this black haired emo hipster as our server, and he was fantastic. Even though the place was slammed, all our food came out in a timely manner. The food was also great!

Mellow has been a favorite since they opened. Quality remains high and service is great. We recommend the mighty meaty and Greek salad. Excellent selection of beers on draft and a decent amount of TVs if you want to catch a game.

What a fun place to go and their food is delicious on top of that.a great selection of gluten free stuff for anybody that has them food allergies.
