Extremely rude servers (ours with a baseball cap and another who had a dark beard) making comments regarding my autistic child. If an owner would like me to reach out personally to discuss what happened I’m more than happy to. Happened around 6 pm tonight.

Terrible takeout service and my order is always wrong. I’ll stick to the boones creek location

The ethnic man at the window is very rude. And judging by the other reviews, he's been rude to a lot of people. Never going here again ... Pfft ??♀️

The food was AMAZING! It always is!
However, there’s a man that I’ve transacted with a few times, and every time he’s very rude. At this point I’m going to a different location for my cravings. Tonight I was picking up a order in the drive-thru, and the mixed/black looking man that always wears a hat and glasses opened the window and didn’t even greet me - he just said the total price of my $40 order. When I told him I was paying $20 in cash and rest on card, he literally said “no, I run it how I run it.”
I said, “No sir, you can take my cash, and run the rest on my card.”
He then rolled his eyes, took my cash and card, and shut the window and left me sitting there for an additional 5mins when I could see my order on the other side of the window. Idk what he was doing with my card information, but that was sketchy feeling.
The first time I interacted with this guy, I just brushed it off as him possibly having a bad day. But on the 4th and 5th time, come on. That man should not be working with customers. If he’s making food, he does a wonderful job. But he has no place serving customers face to face or interacting with them in any capacity.
Miso, please address this with the man. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

The manager has an attitude problem and tries to make you out like you're stupid. FYI, specialty rolls are still maki rolls. Bento box states maki rolls. Manager states menu "clearly states maki rolls". The server told us there was no up charge for the specialty rolls than attempted to charge us anyways for it as well as manager attempting to argue the point. This sucks because she and I went almost weekly. Will not come back again due to customer service.

I was not impressed with the main dishes. I got chicken teriyaki and my husband got sweet chili chicken, both were bland and just terrible.I was very disappointed, I love the one in Elizabethton. Plus the fortune cookies were stale and uneatable. We will not be returning to this location. Paid $40 for our meal's, not worth the money or time.

When we were about to be seated the girl had thought there was a table clean and told us to wait 5 mins and then a darker man came and said did someone help yall and we had said yes and he totally ignored it, and went to this table and dusted it off with his hands! Even after he had did that, the table still had white stuff on it and crumbs and she kept adding money on to our tab and still asked for a tip!

First time got take away. Second trip dined in, I will always eat in of if I can. Fresh is best. We had the dumplings, super awesome. Tried both egg rolls and like both. Hubby had some chicken with fried rice, no complaints. I had, sweet and sour, it came out with the sauce already on it. I prefer the puffy breaded chicken that I can dip in the sauce must be a different style.
Over all we will come back, please note of your use a credit card there is a 3% charge. Most business are passing this fee on, I had no problem paying this.
Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere, sit in a booth or they have high tops as well

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. The bathrooms were extremely clean, as well. Order the crab rangoons and the fried california roll. Great experience overall! ?

The new spot has a nice, open, layout. However, when I asked where the sushi bar was, I was told there wasn't one. As I was being led round a corner to a table, I clearly saw a sushi bar. The host told me it was only for the owners. I ordered a spicy tuna roll and a sake. The total after a 20% tip was $30. I found the roll to be average, the service, average, and the prices in line with higher quality establishments. The joint cross town next to Barnes and Noble won't exclude you from their bar, and at a similar price, will produce a higher quality roll.
