Really good and great lunch deal

Always good food and service at a good price. Came in on my lunch break today and the server went above and beyond, rare to find good service like that now a days.

Someone from my work ordered this for everyone's lunch today. Literally everybody crapped themselves. Everybody. The portions were large and the food was okay.

The food here is great however at this location the service is arguable the worst I have ever seen. Employees screaming in the back because they can’t close early and making customers feel very uncomfortable. A girl waitress was screaming so loud in the back I could hear every word she was saying about me and my friends for coming in 20 minutes before close. I understand it isn’t ideal to have to stay longer than anticipated however that is their job. If you do not care about having a rude waitress and bad service this is definitely the place for you; the food is exceptional other locations in the Tri cities I recommend!

Amazinggggg. Our waitress was great. The food came out fast and was delicious. It tastes better the next day! Add sweet carrots to your meal, you won’t regret it!

Waited to be seated for 10 minutes. Both waiters saw me, neither greeted me or told me they’d seat me shortly.

I ate here with my daughter because my husband does not enjoy Japanese cuisine. We both order a vegtable entray that arrived home and delicious. It was allot of food thus we both took home leftovers for dinner.

This place has went way downhill the last couple of years. Very disappointing.

Has become a greedy restaurant that adds a hidden “customer service fee”. A legal attempt at theft on a unsuspecting customer.

They might have a staffing problem, but they sure didn’t like to accommodate when asking for any condiments. The food was okay but not up to the standards it normally is at this place.

Went to a local competitor of yours today and was thoroughly reminded why you guys are the best Japanese restaurant around!!! That won’t happen again.
