Good show but wasn't packed which is great me and my friend went to bar to get 2 sodas soda tasted funny someone back there isn't sanitizing properly and is sick came home with COVID and this is the only place we had been in weeks, wasn't packed and weren't standing near people touching things, didn't even sit near people so that all leads back to the bar

The last vestige of the "Gay Bar". Wonderful friendly atmosphere. Free food in exchange for cover price. Friendly staff. Made many new friends in Johnson City there. Now a regular Saturday night destination.

My wife, our best friend, and I went to brunch today and had a wonderful time. Everyone was so pleasant, nice, and not rude and it was very refreshing. This was my first drag show and let me tell ya the queens and kings did not disappoint. Thank you for a wonderful time New Beginnings ❤️

Absolutely love this place 99% of the time, always have a great time. I came here for my 21st birthday and it was a blast and I had a mostly good time for my 22nd birthday when I came here but I will say I don’t think it was that great of one of the drag queens to call people up to the stage if it was their birthday but when I came up with 2 other people I was the only one who didn’t get included in her “say happy birthday to so and so” nor did i get a free shot like the other two and when i said “hey it’s my birthday too” i got told “well you can get off the stage too.” I just thought that was rude for one of the drags queens to say that to me on my bday night after they specifically asked people to come onto the stage if it was their birthday and not include me. I don’t know what makes me different but if you’re not gonna include everyone don’t ask for birthday people to come up on the stage. It really put a damper on my birthday night to be treated that way.

Not your regular disco/bar. If you are LGTQB friendly then pay them a visit and be free, like a bird ?, a butterfly ? or an eagle (or just be yourself)

Expensive entry fee for Johnson City, drinks are a bit over priced. The bartenders are great! The old man in the kitchen could learn some better customer service skills. DJ is alot better now. Some circuit music more often would be great. For it to be the only gay bar in the area with they had more thing to bring in the community. Drink specials, beer bust, $10 cover is crazy, the only place in town with a cover that expensive. They are losing alot of business because drinks are just cheaper everywhere else. But its the only gay bar. Great potential just with they had some type of suggestion box and listen to want there customes want.

Worst drag performers I've ever seen. Im from Nashville. Ive lived in ATL and Fl where all the drag bars are good. Now I live in Johnson City and wanted to see a good show. Boy was I disappointed. The queens could not dance and had no personality. The drinks were watered down. It was quiet sad! Mostly older people and rednecks trying to dance. I was so out of place. I'll go to Knoxville or Asheville next time.

My local hometown bar. Owners and staff are great folks. Always a pleasure to work with them or just chill and hangout.
