OG is one of our favorite places to eat however, I spent thirty minutes trying to order on line this evening so my wife could pick it up and bring it home. I lost count how many times I tried to get their website to accept my order. I've used it several times with no problem, but today it wasn't to be. Very disappointing! We ended up eating an entirely inferior meal for dinner. OG missed out on a $54 order. Maybe next time........

This was my first trip in my 50 years at Olive Garden and I wasn't missing a damn thing! The salad was the only thing I enjoyed besides my company. My son ordered the chicken alfredo and I ordered the parmesan chicken, I know that mine was terrible. Without a doubt and very overly priced at $60 for two people, it it should have been at least good! I will never ever ever step foot in this place again. I did enjoy my family- company and the servers were great-maybe the best but the food was absolutely terrible again except for the salad it was really good! Definitely not anything close to $60 good that's a fact. My son ate his chicken alfredo, but he thought it was mediocre at best. We eat spaghetti and lasagna at home all of the time and my spaghetti sauce is called Ragu Mama's special recipe. It beats Olive Garden special recipe all day everyday and they should absolutely reconsider their sauce because it's horrible everyone says it's such a great value to eat there and I wasn't worried about price at all it didn't matter because I meant 20 of my family members there and that's all I cared about I wouldn't have cared if we ate or didn't eat but I can tell you that this was terrible. We didn't get the soup or anything like that and it could be worth it. But some chicken alfredo that tasted out of a can as well as parmesan chicken that I thought would be fresh in house Fried Chicken was frozen and the heated it up my food was cold when I got it immediately cold and that's ridiculous. Anytime my mom steps out for dinner she should receive at the very least hot food considering that we don't get it otherwise because we're waiting on everybody else ourselves but we're paying you to do it so the least you could do is warm it up. Pop it in the microwave if need be. But cold is not acceptable, ever! My sons was cold as well this was overall a bad food experience for him and being both. I didn't discuss it with my family because I didn't want to complain to them because I was just happy to be with them. So I'm not sure how they felt about the food but that's nothing to do with me because I paid for me and my son. Hopefully they will review this too and leave their ideas and thoughts on the way it went. We did not discuss the food at all. So it was at least not good enough to talk about at all! Play feel the same. And as far as the prices go wow I don't see how anyone considers this affordable considering that my son and I go eat often- really nice places and food has never costed $60 for the two of us. So I am highly disappointed I should have probably said something or ask why my bill was ridiculous and after talking about it to my brother and his granddaughter is who he paid for, he said that I was definitely overcharged by far.. he was only charged $85 and he bought way more food than we did like by far and asked what we ordered I told him and he said that he felt as though someone rang something up wrong because it should not have been $60 for the two of us for what we got. Perhaps Olive Garden can explain this for us? Perhaps I'll call them after Thanksgiving and ask for myself. Not trying to stress it over Thanksgiving though. The waitress was absolutely a doll and amazing! I would recommend her all day everyday I have no idea what her name was but she was precious and we tipped her very well. Even though the food was terrible that's not her fault. Not a good way to bring new people in

Fettuccine was clumped together.
Lasagna had hard edges.
Barely warm.

I eat here all the time but my server was a little to exuberant. He probably checked me 12 times in the hour spand I was there. I went alone because my kids were at school and I like my solitude and quiet. I also didn't want to hurt his feelings and tell him it was to much. Everything was great otherwise.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. I orders the shrimp appetizer for my meal and they were out. So I ordered the eggplant. The kitchen forgot my son’s soup. They finally brought his soup and my eggplant after everyone was already finished eating. I had them send mine back because everyone had already eaten. It wasn’t the waiters fought, he kept apologizing and said he didn’t know what was going on in the kitchen. I always look forward to Sundays getting together and eating with my son and his girlfriend. Well not today, kinda ruined by the kitchen staff and not one time did a manager even come over.
