It's a great place to take your family without breaking the bank and get a really good meal.

We ordered a blooming onion and it was undercooked. The server, Caleb, told the manager and he cooked a new one perfectly for us. We also had a sirloin and half a rack of ribs with a sweet potato, a wedge salad, and kookaburra chicken wings. All of the food was delicious.

I always order rare steak, I eat a lot of steak so I know what is what when it’s not right. The steak was over seared on one side but still rare, the toughest steak I’ve ever had to be rare. Obviously was frozen and thawed while cooking, It was so dry I shaved the seared portion off to try to eat it and was nearly impossible to chew, when it came out it was shiny like plastic, Looked like clear glue, didn’t taste like butter. I requested a papertowel to remove it off the steak, the waitress wasn’t hateful but was kindly loud when I ask what it was I said is it oil she said no no it’s a finishing butter but was dramatic that I even ask… the salad had old orange pieces wilted in it and the salad dressing wasn’t like the old ranch with a little spice to it, tasted like pure mayonnaise. A few years ago we ate their for our anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic, we will not be coming back after yesterday food was horrible.

This used to be a wonderful place to eat a couple years ago. The last two times I’ve been they don’t cook the steak right. The steaks are 75% fat and they’re always so tough and over seasoned.

Went to Dinner with the family.
We ordered the Blooming Onion, the onion wasn't fully cooked. 1/2of the onion was really doughy. Some of the onions were hard. And I bit into an onion peel. I ordered a Filet mignon w/shrimp. My meat and shrimp were cold. I ordered loaded mashed potatoes, right before they brought my plate and son's plate out we were told they were out of mashed potatoes. So we opted for French fries. Our plates came out as soon as we told him what we wanted.
All in all wasn't very good experience. This was my first time going to Outback. Not sure if I'll be back.
I usually don't give a bad review but it just wasn't good.

I just want to say, I came in to pick up an order because I am a delivery driver. I was there a total of 90 seconds and 3 ladies came up to ask if I needed help. That is exceptional service.

There’s only about two places in the Tri-City area that serve a steak that is equal to outback and that would be smoky Bones and Texas roadhouse. The way they put the seasonings on the steak. You just can’t match it anywhere else! And I really enjoy the plate that comes with the coconut shrimp. That’s two of my favorite things to add together. That’s what I recommend the ribeye and coconut shrimp.

The waiter started off being attentive then completely slacked off. We had to ask for a drink refill three times for one member of our party. The coconut shrimp was heavily breaded but the shrimp inside was good, the steaks were cooked as ordered, and the chicken dishes were good.

I had a great experience overall at Outback on Saturday. The food was delicious, and our server Shelly was absolutely awesome—friendly, fast, and made sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was the greeting when we arrived. Two hosts with brown curly hair (didn't get the names ) completely ignored my family and me, even though we were standing right in front. Thankfully, another host with strawberry hair noticed us and quickly helped us get seated. She was great, but it was frustrating that the first two seemed more interested in their phones than doing their job. Overall, great food and a wonderful server, but the front staff could use a little more attention to guests.
