This location in particular has better tasting food than any of the other pals in the area. I’m not sure what they are doing different, but there’s a noticeable taste difference in the food that has me driving to this one in particular. They also can follow directions, unlike other locations. If you ask for something here, it’s usually right. I will only special request things at this location because they know how to follow directions. Someone here is doing something right and they deserve a great review!

My fiancé went early on his lunch break. Order a chili burger! SPECIFICALLY NO ONIONS. Told them he’s ALLERGIC to them. Yet they still put onions on it. He only had a 30 minute lunch break and could not return to get another one. I would highly ask to please pay a bit more attention when some tells you they allergic to something. That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen if he hadn’t looked to make sure.
I come to this pals a lot and usually everything is great. They have a girl at the window taking orders saying it over the intercom before you even get it out of your mouth and getting it wrong/ leaving half off half of what you say intentionally. I had multiple things in my order wrong because she couldn’t listen. You can tell when they don’t like their job because they’re rushing you through your order when you’re already talking as fast as you can.

I didn’t get any of my items that I had ordered instead I got a sauce burger with cheese and 2 chilly buns also with cheese…
