I come to this pals a lot and usually everything is great. They have a girl at the window taking orders saying it over the intercom before you even get it out of your mouth and getting it wrong/ leaving half off half of what you say intentionally. I had multiple things in my order wrong because she couldn’t listen. You can tell when they don’t like their job because they’re rushing you through your order when you’re already talking as fast as you can.
It’s not secret that Pal’s is one of the best “fast food” restaurants out there, all you have to do is see the line during lunch and after work. But I still wanted to put the good mojo out there … great job Pal’s.
Grabbing a quick bite should always be this satisfying. The fries are perfectly crispy, and the burgers are juicy and flavorful. It's the kind of place where you can relax and enjoy a good meal without breaking the bank. The staff is always friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Honestly, other places could learn a thing or two.
