I love Pal's! They keep it simple. That's why they are so consistent with their speed and accuracy. Simple, good, and fast. You can't beat that. Always friendly, everyone I've seen at the windows is smiling. I mean awesome, can't say enough about them! Yours truly, a customer for life!!!
This location in particular has better tasting food than any of the other pals in the area. I’m not sure what they are doing different, but there’s a noticeable taste difference in the food that has me driving to this one in particular. They also can follow directions, unlike other locations. If you ask for something here, it’s usually right. I will only special request things at this location because they know how to follow directions. Someone here is doing something right...
I come to this pals a lot and usually everything is great. They have a girl at the window taking orders saying it over the intercom before you even get it out of your mouth and getting it wrong/ leaving half off half of what you say intentionally. I had multiple things in my order wrong because she couldn’t listen. You can tell when they don’t like their job because they’re rushing you through your order when you’re already talking as fast as you can.
