Manager was rude and kept cussing at us. Said he owns pals and we are banned from every pals all because we asked for a refund becauae they gave us the wrong food after a 30 minute wait! Hes not the owner of pals???? A CEO woundlt dress in a rinky dink suit like that.
Get a real job my guy.
He needs help bad.
Also he jacked up the prices and didnt give my change back.

The fries at pals are the best!

Just like they advertised great food in flash. Unless it's around lunch time in business area then you may have a slight delay. But all jokes aside, even when they get slammed they keep it moving.

Excellent . Good locally owner chain of consistently flavored food consisting of burgers, hotdogs, ham sandwich and seasonal special adaptations of their sandwiches, with super fast friendly service. Fries a hot and fresh with their own seasoning. They have some break items. The potato cheese rounds are exceptional.

Breakfast was phenomenal, must have the cheddar rounds ( I think that’s what they call them). Service was fast and super friendly. Food was hot and tasted great!

OMG! I love this place so much! The vibes are immaculate and the food is out of this world! However, I wouldn't get the Jr. Burger because it didn't taste as fresh as the Big Double Pal burger. Anyways, a very good place and feels like an 90's fast food place because of the design.

Always fast. Always good. You might think that because there's a line 10 cars deep that it will take a long time, but it's faster (I think) than Chik-fil-a. Don't pass it up!

Have been living in Alaska the last decade and first food stop was Pals. Everyone was so friendly and food was just as amazing as I remember it. Great service!

I ordered a Big Chicken sandwich on 8/20/24 at 12:00pm and the bun on my sandwich was stale, dry and crumbly. It just wasn’t very good to be honest. The tea is really good at Pal’s but other than that I don’t think the food is that good, especially not as good as people make it out to be.
