Boneless pork appetizer couldn't get any tougher. Either it was over cooked or days old. The plastic containers to put combo meals in are terrible now! The plastic cracks and breaks pieces of plastic on to the food. I doubt I'll be going back.

For fast food, this place does it right. Food is usually fresh out of the wok, and I have never have them refuse to cook something for me if they were out, Even if it took 5-10minutes, they cook it with a smile on their face.

As you can see, the teriyaki chicken was burned badly and made the whole box very nasty looking. I did the survey on their receipts several times for the last 2 years about the problem but they never improved. Charcoal food will cause cancer!! Once you guys improve the quality of teriyaki chicken, I will take down this review.

I love coming to this location. There is an employee I think her name is Adrian. She is the sweetest employee and is always so kind and smiling. She is a great role model as to what an employee should be. If she hasn’t been promoted then she deserves to be. She is one of a kind.

Came through the drive thru at 9:42 on a Sunday.. Automatic message said they were closed, checked the website and they close at 10.. I said "Hello?" and they took my order.. only had enough orange chicken for half a portion and were out of everything else besides a spoonful of string bean chicken (turned out to be 2 pieces of chicken and all green beans), they apologized for being out of foam containers but gave me one of the bowls and a tiny little cube box for a full double portion meal. This is piss poor of any major chain. I've let a lot slide from this store over the years because I like the food normally, but I will not be back. Things like this is why people would rather not eat overpriced fast food. I will be calling their corporate tomorrow. I am glad they are not part of our Chamber of Commerce or I would have some strong words for their GM at our next group meeting

Where else can you get close to junk fast food prices and still have a bunch of fresh green veg and clean protein on your plate? I'm really grateful to have Panda as an option in a healthy food desert. Even offer the greens as a side instead of rice or noodles. I eat here at least once a week and I can feed my family of 4 with healthy, freshly cooked food for about the same as McDonald's. And McDs doesn't even offer a damn salad.

I can't understand the bad reviews. It's a top value in the area and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Ordered steak and noodles with egg roll. Got home was all noodles, 4 small bite size pieces of meat and no egg roll. And they charge you an up charge for steak. Waste of time and money.

My daughter wanted panda today on 11/3/24 around 11:04am when we arrived a sweet older gentleman was coming into the door and we let him go in front of us. He stated exactly what he wanted which was two orders of Kung pao chicken 1 scoop of rice in each and shrimp on the side. We'll apparently the little blonde couldn't grasp this and got smart with him and made a snide comment when he got a little stern with her. He then went to pay and the other little blonde that was working got an attitude because he was paying with cash and said I can't take you here it has to be over at the drive thru. She then started taking the money out of his hand because he wasn't being fast enough. Once this happened me and my family chose to eat else. At no time should you ever treat anyone like this especially the elder. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning!
