Order ahead never ready how can you order ahead and have to wait for the order but you can order through the drive through or in person and it’s ready when your to the window.

Went there today at 11.45 am stood there for 10 to 15 minutes and no one asked to take our order, most of the entree,s were empty. There were plenty of employees but they seemed to be more interested in the drive up instead of the walk-in customer's,so we left probably wouldn't go back there.

Hey man at 4:00, there's nine employees behind the counter not including the manager hiding in the back doing prep when she should have been out helping her employees who was like 30 minutes behind on four orders. I'm not sure what was going on today but that's the worst shape I've ever seen that establishment. Tables were dirty, had to wait on steak which was no big deal other than they left our place that were already made sitting on the counter while we were waiting on mistakes so of course by the time Steve got done the rest of our food was cold and nasty.
A manager's job is not to run and hide and go do prep while your employees are out there struggling, confused, behind, needing help. That's when it's your job to step up, step in. help everybody get caught up and get your establishment running correctly and then you can go hide I guess.
There are two girls that work there I wish I knew their name, but from now on when I walk in if they're not working I'm not staying, the only time you get good food and good service.

If I could give zero stars I would the staff ignored everything we asked,the restaurant was closed off 3/4 of its seating forcing dine in guest to sit on top of each other the beef and broccoli was old and cold and was like rubber the rice was burnt the egg rolls was well done almost break tooth hard this used to be go to place to eat but it will not be at this location and I would have got more potions from a McDonald's happy meal

Boneless pork appetizer couldn't get any tougher. Either it was over cooked or days old. The plastic containers to put combo meals in are terrible now! The plastic cracks and breaks pieces of plastic on to the food. I doubt I'll be going back.

For fast food, this place does it right. Food is usually fresh out of the wok, and I have never have them refuse to cook something for me if they were out, Even if it took 5-10minutes, they cook it with a smile on their face.

As you can see, the teriyaki chicken was burned badly and made the whole box very nasty looking. I did the survey on their receipts several times for the last 2 years about the problem but they never improved. Charcoal food will cause cancer!! Once you guys improve the quality of teriyaki chicken, I will take down this review.

I love coming to this location. There is an employee I think her name is Adrian. She is the sweetest employee and is always so kind and smiling. She is a great role model as to what an employee should be. If she hasn’t been promoted then she deserves to be. She is one of a kind.

Came through the drive thru at 9:42 on a Sunday.. Automatic message said they were closed, checked the website and they close at 10.. I said "Hello?" and they took my order.. only had enough orange chicken for half a portion and were out of everything else besides a spoonful of string bean chicken (turned out to be 2 pieces of chicken and all green beans), they apologized for being out of foam containers but gave me one of the bowls and a tiny little cube box for a full double portion meal. This is piss poor of any major chain. I've let a lot slide from this store over the years because I like the food normally, but I will not be back. Things like this is why people would rather not eat overpriced fast food. I will be calling their corporate tomorrow. I am glad they are not part of our Chamber of Commerce or I would have some strong words for their GM at our next group meeting
