This was my first and last experience with Panda Express. We did not even finish our order at the Johnson City location near Food City. Since it was our first encounter, we were a little unsure about the ordering. We were obviously an inconvenience to the cashier at the front and her rudeness was horrible. We just walked out. After reading previous reviews, it seems this is a common trend at this location. I do not understand how this individual remains employed unless it is just the culture of this establishment. Regardless, We will not be back.

Crazy you guys make that much per hour yet you put the bare minimum into your work. So sick of companies hiring kids who just don't care. There are better Asian places in JC. Don't give this corporate rot your money.

Food was great, but God bless the woman at the cashier spot was awful. She was so confusing for no reason, literally was just messing with us. Poor British guy got borderline harassed with her doing a fake accent. The cringe was unbearable. We got charged for something we didn't order but I didn't want a refund so we asked for the item since we were charged.Kept apologizing. British dude does his order, she spoke over the tables from the line apologizing and then came to our table to apologize even more. She has to be on something because she asked us if we were going to kill her because she messed up. I finally said to her to just walk away from our table and leave us alone. She snarled her face at us and as she was walking away she told us to "get out then."Literally almost ruined our food which was pretty banging. I wish I got her name but I didn't. The other workers in the kitchen part were saying that she had been doing it all night. I have never experienced such cringe and unpleasantness. If I could fire someone in an instant, it would be her.

This place is always dirty, the food is not hot which is questionable for health reasons. The people are rude and they really don’t want to help you. When they make a mistake, you cannot get a refund, especially when you place an order and they never fill it. The food doesn’t look fresh. This place needs a serious overhaul. It’s always the same selection of food. They need more choices or new choices.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few handicap spots with wheelchair accessible, but the doors are not automatic for wheelchair access

First visit here. Very pleased. The girl handling the front counter and bar was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was not expensive but was very delicious. Glad we stopped here. Will be stopping in again.

I came to get food today and because one of your employees that currently work for you Cassandra Worley hill and I have had issues in past she walked to back and would not serve me that is crazy she left me standing there and I saw her talking about me to another employee which is way worse and I left and did not get my food... It shouldn't matter past id past I haven't seen or heard from her in a year she made me look like horrible person and it was all her .and her manager was very sarcastic when I called and said she doesn't have to serve me if she doesn't want to

Typical fast food, but they do have very quick service via the drive thru. We had spring rolls and rangoons for a quick snack. They were hot and tasty!

Must go inside, the drive thru has their own hot plates and I feel like the food is more fresh at the front service area. I could be wrong but each time I get drive thru, I park nearby and it doesn’t seem as fresh as to when we go inside.
