Panda House

The food was delicious, and the service was awesome. The lady who was working was so pleasant and friendly. They food was also a great value, and very reasonably priced. We will definitely eat there again.

We ordered food from here today (7/27/2025) because previously it was tasty and affordable.

The crab ragoon was the only thing that was decent.

The Happy Family was awful - the seafood components tasted like they were past date, the vegetables were tough and way overdone, flavor wise it was completely bland.

The Sweet & Sour Chicken tasted old.

General Tso’s should be sauced and well covered. It was cold, tasted old, and had no coating of sauce. It was giving flavors of old bottom of the pan and we warmed it up because it’s the last day for this or we made too much earlier.

The rice was disgusting for the fried rice.

Nothing tasted fresh or as it should have. Not very polite for pickup either. Would not recommend or frequent the establishment again. I’m unsure if management or ownership has changed hands but this is not the Panda House it once was.

Likely some of the the best Chinese food in Johnson City. Some of my favs: wanton soup, pork lo mien, crab Rangoon, and General Tsao chix. Affordable and crave-able.

I ordered the crab ragoon and my ole lady ordered the pepper steak with onions. The food was better than most big name companies. Come out and support you small businesses.

I had the egg foo young with fried rice. I knew something was wrong. It smelled spoiled. It tasted like chemicals were in it. I started feeling sick. My sister ordered rib tips and pork fried rice. Started throwing up and the runs. Will not go back ever

I LOVE a good Chinese restaurant & honestly this is possibly the BEST one in JC. 💯 My favs are the shrimp fried rice, the shrimp thin noodles lol, wonton AND sweet & sour soup. 10/10 Recommend!

Woman who took our ordwr was rude and rushing us a little while taking our order and witnessed a guy not finishing what he was saying and interupted him by saying not ready yet and walked off. Waited about 30+min for food
