Was unhappy with my order today. Did not have the amount of pepperoni as a few nights before. For a 12.99 pizza with add ons that came up to 25.00 there should have been more pepperoni

Horrible! I live in the same neighborhood as this shop. Was told 35-45 minutes on the phone - an hour and 40 minutes later a sad cold shriveled piece of crap shows up. (Worse than Weigles). I pre-paid on card (dumb me). Won’t go back - just go to Marco’s Pizza and thank me later.
I don’t want anything from you. A refund WOULD be nice, but we ate that garbage anyways, because it’s now late, and I definitely DONT want the free pizza you offered.

Terrible road getting to the store due to complete reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalks. Obviously not the stores fault. Staff and food are top shelf !!!

To the "manager" who hung up on me multiple times and was a smarta$$ to me tonight and told me that he didn't have to apologize about my order showing up at my house like this, I really hope you were just having a bad night and don't treat your customers like this all the time! Because if this is truly how you conduct professionalism at this location (801 West Walnut Street Johnson City TN 37604), then I promise you karma always makes her rounds and she will eventually catch up with you for treating people this way!!!

The best Papa Johns in our area in my opinion. Employees are always friendly and customer oriented. The best things about this Papa Johns is consistency. I only order when I'm on this end of Johnson City but can't say I have even had a half way decent pizza from here, it is always great reminds me of how all papa johns used to be. Recommended
