Sick of this store messing up my orders. Whether it's not including my garlic sauce that I ordered (or ordered extra of), making my pizza a thin crust when I asked for regular, cheating me on toppings, or just blatantly giving me the wrong order, this location has been a nightmare to deal with in recent months. My recent trip (2/19/24) resulted in very thin crust and missing garlic sauce, again. The reward points are no longer worth dealing with the poor excuse for service at this location.
Requested all flat wings and was told they could no do that. It has to be a mixture yet when I get my food they gave me ALL drumsticks. The pizza also has entirely too much sauce. Gets worse every time I order.
2 men up front were very rude, I went in and ordered and then came back with a guy that handed me my food he was very polite.

This business is the worst place to order online!!! They constantly tell you that there is a problem with your online order. I have plenty of money in my account... I have entered the information CORRECTLY multiple times... yet there is still a problem with my online order... FUCK PAPA JOHNS!!!! I will never order from this chain again. They have done this to me so many times with stupid ordering errors that I will NEVER order from this chain again.... I guess that I will order from Pizza Hut... Who NEVER gives me a hassle with online ordering.Too bad for papa Johns... They used to be a great pizza chain... but now they are a piece of shit!!!
