I called 4 times to place a order over the phone đą and they were very disrespectful to me and they did not place my order like a pizza place should and so I'm going to give them a - 7 in the stars bc of the disrespectful people n not taking orders over the phone bc I can not drive r walk at all I'm a vet now I'm very mad

They was busy so had to wait, that's fine. Couldn't find my order that was fine, they eventually find it and said 5 mins it was still in the pick up time so whatever. Then they couldn't find the second pizza turns out guy boxing put it in the wrong box and gave away my pizza this happened twice so basically had to wait for an extra 30 mins. No apologies no discount.

It is 11 AM Johnson City time. A delivery from Papa Johns just came to 301 med tech to the first choice internal medicine. The driver came flying through the parking lot of a medical facility. It was brought to his attention. He didnât even stop to listen. Then when he got into the facility he cut in front of people standing in line to be checked in. That was extremely rude. These people are sick and they want to get in to see the doctrine more quickly than he needs to deliver a pizza. Then I asked him where the pizza came from. He refused to tell me and a smart Alec way said have a good day, brother. He then proceeded to speed out of the parking lot. Someone needs to talk to this person to set him straight. And I think you also need to contact corporate office and let them know.

Ordered from Papa Johns app on 12/5/24, placed my order at 1:27 and was told it would be delivered by 2:19⌠well it becomes about 2:30 and still no pizzaâŚ. I call the store to see if they are just running behind or what, the lady claims that she sent the order out to be delivered through doordash and for whatever reason, they claim they couldnât deliver it so then she proceeds to say she has to remake my order, I then didnât get that order until almost 4 which was burnt pizza.. I shouldâve been called and shouldâve been told what was going on instead of me having to call and find out for myself. Iâve ordered from here 3 times in the past ( pretty recently ) and never had any issues⌠Iâm just upset that there was no communication at all until I called myself which I almost didnât call, I was going to wait it out because I hate calling.. and then when she actually had the order remade , it was burnt pizza. Just highly upset and this makes me not want to order from here anymore due to this most recent order.

Ordered a pizza for pickup online. Was told it would be ready between 6:07 and 6.17. Showed up at 6.23 and was told it would be ready in 15 more minutes. I could have arrived later. Now I have to stand around? Update. Did not get until 6.43! Not happy!

The pizza is good, but plan on picking it up because delivery is horribly slow.
As always Papa John's Pizza is very consistent and very good quality and flavor. The problem is not with the food but with the app not linking to the stores and being told this by the store employees at many different locations by many different people. Either I'm told an estimated time which is always 30 minutes too early so I have to sit and wait or I'm told it's ready and I walk in to get it and I still have to wait even more. Good pizza horrible app with a horrible user interface.

I donât know the name of the young man who worked the counter on Halloween 2024, but he was the most respectful, patient, food-service provider I have encountered in a LONG time. While my pizza baked (I did mention it was Halloween and note to myself to avoid ordering pizza on that night in the future), I witnessed him dealing with customers who walked in and on the phone. He told one person that Halloween for their store surpasses Super Bowl for pizzas ordered. All the staff - and there were at least five others I could see - were working hard. We donât often order from there but the Shaq-a-roni in a a favorite, and it was available then. Good job everyone!

This is our local Papa Johnâs and weâve had pizza from here many times. Weâve never had an incorrect order and the pizzas are always excellent. We love âThe Worksâ with extra sauce and are never disappointed.
