Order one thing and they send something totally different. I call and tell them and they said next time we order we would have a credit. Well we tried to order and no credit, tried calling an no answer.

It was frist time here and I made my order and guy said it will be about 15min so I set down in a set right in front of him a waited 25min I'm thanking there behind and 10 more minutes 35 total I finally got up to couture and he handed me my pizza and it's been done for 20min you should have come up earlier I won't be back

First talked to a call center and was told they couldn't help me and transferred to the local store only to be disconnected 5 attempts. Unable to change my order and paid for something I didn't want. Delivery driver was actually door dash so they couldn't assist with my problem.

The food was great! The service was great! and the air (atmosphere) is great! But one wrong thing is that the atmosphere channel was social media videos and they said it is the only channel they have. What if they have game shows on the TV!

I placed an order last night that consisted of a large, thin & crispy crust super supreme and a large, hand tossed crust with pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, black olives and extra cheese. I have my check with a ticket number of #0066 that confirms what I ordered. I received 2 large pizzas, the toppings were correct, but the crust was definitely thick crust on both and tasted as if it had been left out too long before cooking or bad ingredients were used in making it. Both pizzas had so much sauce that it was dripping off the sides and made it impossible to pick up a slice and eat it, we had to put it on a plate and eat it with forks. The taste of these pizzas was not what a Pizza Hut pizza should taste like. I tried calling last night with no luck, I placed around 5 calls only to get a recorded message for a long period of time and ended with someone disconnecting the call, I have tried calling this morning and am having the same problem.
Came in the store to get a pepperoni pizza. Large pepperoni pizza online was $9.99. I swipe my card and leave a tip. Received a text message from my bank of the charge. $36.00 I went and talked to gentleman at the cash register. He said he doesn’t have a way to ring up that price in the store of $9.99. I said can I speak to the manager. He said he is the general manager. Said he can’t help me. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a supreme thin crust to go for home, my wife and I agreed it was the worst pizza we had ever had. It was very dry, no flavor, very few ingredients and tasted like cardboard.
