I ordered a supreme thin crust to go for home, my wife and I agreed it was the worst pizza we had ever had. It was very dry, no flavor, very few ingredients and tasted like cardboard.

Pizza was not ready when I received notification it was. Staff was not friendly. Pizza was not good and seemingly thrown into the box.

Every pepperoni on my son's pizza was burned. Did not offer to make a new one. I get pizza made without cheese for my son here often and it's never looked this nasty, inedible. The manager is very unprofessional and immature. If he doesn't like his job, he needs to find another one and not project his misery on others or their food.

I walked out because the cashier was VERY VERY RUDE. I go to this pizza hut often and did appreciate his attitude 6/24 around 1pm I brought it to his attention that he didn't have to be rude and he rudely responded that if I worked 60 hours I would be too. I WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY to this location being treated so rudely. I am treated with a smile and acknowledgement at Sims pizza where I am known. I love pizza and go to both pizza hut on N Roam and Sims.

Online order some food, waited 2 hours for it to never be delivered. I could have walked to this location in 15 min. Like most places to eat in Tennessee I'm sure it's staff are all ignorant special needs people.

I got a pizza on Two for Tuesday, but didn't get the BOGO deal. Yes, I gave a bad review but WOW, I have changed my mind !! The manager took time to call me today to explain the coupon process for BOGO. Kudos to the manager !!!!! He didn't have to call but outstanding work !!! Above and beyond to go out of his way to contact me !!! So impressive !! I apologize for the complaints !! Yes, I will always give them my return business ?

The service I received was outstanding, especially considering there was only one person running the place. The food we got was very different from our experience even a year ago. We got chicken Alfredo and it was extremely salty and seemed to be a much smaller quantity for a family pack. The atmosphere, well, I guess it was as good as could be expected considering this was a mini location and there were only five or so tables to sit at. It was clean though.

Called a couple days ago around 11:30 and attempted to order something for delivery as I was stuck at work without a break and couldn’t leave. The guy who answered the phone first told me that I could not have extra cheese because “there’s no option on the computer to add it”. Then he told me that I couldn’t have my food delivered because it had to cost more than $15. So I just gave up and hung up the phone. I’ll order lunch from a place that will honor customer requests and will actually deliver. Clearly they did not want my money.
