Made my order online had it delivered to the hotel didn't get the 2 bottle of waters I ordered but was charged. Called the store and was put on hold and never got to talk to no one. Was just wanting a refund on the 2 bottle of waters I didn't receive!

Excellent personal pan pizza! Elizabeth, the manager, was the only one there today, and she was fantastic. Between taking orders and making the pizzas, she made sure everyone was happy, and she greeted everyone with a smile! She did an amazing job!

We ordered a big box special. Our Pizza was okay not great. The cheese sticks were also okay but not bad. However our chicken Alfredo tasted awful and had a perfume/chemical taste, usually it’s very good and creamy but this time it was hard and rubbery. Overall not a great experience.
Placed my order before they closed get there in time the lady said oh we didn’t get your order. For confirmation that it was received

I Love Pizza Hut but this was it for me! I got the Backyard Bbq Chicken pizza and it was so dry that nobody wanted to eat it. Also can I just say “ EVERYONE WANTS A TIP, PEOPLE BEING PAID A FULL WAGE, MAKING THINGS REALLY HARD ON SERVERS WHO DONT “

The lady that was working at this location was very rude and disrespectful. My sister and i order lunch from this location frequently and have never had bad service until today.
we ordered an order of the breadsticks got them to the car and they were not seasoned whatsoever… My sister took them back in to see if the lady could just add seasoning to them the lady looked at my sister, called her a liar and continued to raise her voice to her, during this my sister stayed calm the entire time. I personally hope this is not the manager of this location as it is very unprofessional!!

Paul, the manager, was very cooperative with the situation of the delivery company placing the wrong address and DoorDash giving me trouble with my refund. (My suggestion is don’t order delivery through Pizza Hut, just use the app if using DoorDash).

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had with your service, which has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I placed an order with your store and encountered multiple serious issues:
I was hung up on several times while trying to reach the store, which forced me to call repeatedly just to get basic assistance.
When my order finally arrived, the pizza was cold and my soda was missing.
I attempted to contact the store for a replacement or resolution, but no one would answer my calls.
I was promised a callback from a manager, which never happened.
I also reached out to customer support, but unfortunately, no meaningful solution was offered.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the multiple failures in both product delivery and customer support, I am requesting a full refund for this order.

They never bring the 2-liter with the order, and this order was no exception. I have been on hold for 38 minutes and counting, attempting to get the 2-liter, and I still have not spoken to a person.
update:
I was on hold for 52 minutes, and they hung up on me! I called back, and they hung up on me again! Now they pick up the phone and hang up when I call back.
I am filing a BBB complaint. This is unacceptable.
