Did online order with delivery. Pizza and wings were luke warm when I received it. Not only that Pizza Hut charges $4.99 delivery fee but doesn’t deliver they use DoorDash. After paying Pizza Hut has a disclaimer stating 100% of the tip will not go to the delivery driver. What is the delivery fee for if you’re not giving it to the person who is delivering the product. What a rip off! Pizza Hut is almost as bad as the government when it comes to taxes fees and more fees!

Twice I’ve had the employees stare at me like I’ve got 4 eyes and make me stand around at a location with no seating to deal with or extra things. after I had ordered 30 minutes prior. How sad. Would not recommend. Italian pizza pub down the road is great! Kind employees

This won't get read or replied to BUT. When i arrived everyone seemed to be in a not so good mood and wasn't very inviting. The 5 topping lg pizza deal my wife and I got was dried out and barley room temperature. GROSS... .. we also ordered the donut bites. The online pic showed the center of them of a lava cake like filling but really was more like a tire plug. Absolutely disgusting. Don't know if I'll ever order from there again.

I will never order from this location again! Ordered a small box with a drink with dessert. Waited 35 mins. Driver never showed. Called the store and dude who picked up around 9 pm told me that the driver knocked on the door and i never opened the door. My door was propped open and she never knocked on my door. The dude on the phone told me that there is no way she lied, bc she looked trustworthy. And then he accused me of not being home!!! Then thought it was funny. He said he will send another driver. Waited another 30 mins, driver came and forgot my drink! The food was cold!! Someone needs to re train people there and on how to talk to people!!
It took 1 hour from the time I placed order to the time my order was even picked up by Door DASH. I didn't receive my food for another almost 30 minutes. I do NOT like Door Dash being used to deliver my food. I'd much rather have a delivery person actually employed by PH to deliver my food. My food was cold when it finally arrived.
They do not stand behind their coupons, and they cancel customers orders without notice, then when customer calls to confirm they tell them the coupon was only for Tuesdays, yet the coupon didn't state that. If your website has a glitch, its not the customers fault, its great customer service to honor the coupon at the price it states, not just cancel the order without notice to the customer..then when the customer arrives and doesn't have an order the manager offers the district managers phone number as a resolution. *Alert* If you plan on picking up an order for your dinner, before using a coupon, call this place to confirm, or you will not have your dinner, and they do not care. In my case, the manager flat out did not care. Hows that for customer service and satisfaction.

Convenient location with drive-thru, the pizza is always fresh and delicious. I love that you can get lunch specials of small pizza and wings. Their website is great for allergens, I was able to look up every single ingredient to ensure and it was safe for me to eat.

I ordered from this location a bit later in the morning after my first poor experience months ago (night). I knew immediately that I had wasted money on both my meal and delivery! I got the pepperoni pizza (original crust) and it still tastes awful ( it may just be a Pizza Hut thing). The worst part of my purchase was the chocolate donut bites (please stop calling them donuts), they tasted like chemicals and were inedible.
