I highly recommend not to order thru them... had ordered thin & crispy with pepperonis and received hand tossed cheese...both pizzas 3inches from crust had no sauce, no cheese only bread. Called them and they said sorry we are unable to do anything about it. Don't waste your money on Pizza Hut

SHOWED UP TO PICK UP ORDER. MANAGER IN PARKING LOT SMOKING POT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE. THE SMELL WAS SO OVERWHELMING IT MADE ME SICK! ALSO TOOK FOREVER TO GET MY ORDER CAUSE THERE WAS ONLY ONE PERSON INSIDE! CAUSE THE MANGER WAS OUTSIDE WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND SMOKING POT!

Bought a Pizza Hut medium pizza and a 2 liter Dr. Pepper. The 2 LITER Dr. Pepper was FLAT; no carbonation at all. i tried calling twice. The first time the person calling hung up on me. Boom! I called back and a young polite man put me on hold. I was on hold in excess of 12 minutes before a nice young lady picked up and said she would refund the 2 liter. Then she says it’s a credit on my Pizza Hut app (which I don’t have) and could not refund to my credit card. Grrrrrr. Uber Eats say not their fault. They delivered what was given to them. I’m just aggravated. 😡🤯🤬 it’s not the money; it’s a trivial amount. Nobody takes responsibility for anything anymore.

Did online order with delivery. Pizza and wings were luke warm when I received it. Not only that Pizza Hut charges $4.99 delivery fee but doesn’t deliver they use DoorDash. After paying Pizza Hut has a disclaimer stating 100% of the tip will not go to the delivery driver. What is the delivery fee for if you’re not giving it to the person who is delivering the product. What a rip off! Pizza Hut is almost as bad as the government when it comes to taxes fees and more fees!
Twice I’ve had the employees stare at me like I’ve got 4 eyes and make me stand around at a location with no seating to deal with or extra things. after I had ordered 30 minutes prior. How sad. Would not recommend. Italian pizza pub down the road is great! Kind employees

This won't get read or replied to BUT. When i arrived everyone seemed to be in a not so good mood and wasn't very inviting. The 5 topping lg pizza deal my wife and I got was dried out and barley room temperature. GROSS... .. we also ordered the donut bites. The online pic showed the center of them of a lava cake like filling but really was more like a tire plug. Absolutely disgusting. Don't know if I'll ever order from there again.

I will never order from this location again! Ordered a small box with a drink with dessert. Waited 35 mins. Driver never showed. Called the store and dude who picked up around 9 pm told me that the driver knocked on the door and i never opened the door. My door was propped open and she never knocked on my door. The dude on the phone told me that there is no way she lied, bc she looked trustworthy. And then he accused me of not being home!!! Then thought it was funny. He said he will send another driver. Waited another 30 mins, driver came and forgot my drink! The food was cold!! Someone needs to re train people there and on how to talk to people!!
