Food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered steak fajitas, barely any meat, no flavor. I made two trips in one, my first and my last. Husband said the absolute same.

Female bartender is exceptionally BAD! Was there on 4/8 730pm. Gentleman beside me was there for the first time and had nothing good to say as well. I avoid the bar usually because of her. Tired of bad bartenders! Shape her up or get rid of her. She also got my order wrong- wonderful little gift when I got home to eat my to go order.

Great Sunday afternoon lunch.

Besides, the cooks were too lazy to chop up the onions like normal, they also were failing to remove the grease. The staff kept trying to argue and say there is no grease.... but why is it watery? Whatever sauce and cheese they put on was in fact so greasy it about made me sick to my stomach, just putting the first bite in my mouth. They went ahead and charged me for the cheese dip which was also watery and flavorless. I think the chips had been there for a decade. Customer service was whacking for resolution. Let's just say that. The receptionist is nice at least and the waitress was nice except she didn't have any authority to do anything. I hold the manager accountable and the owners of the restaurant have degraded this place since last time I ate there. What a shame. A good restaurant went to waste....

Ordered tableside guacamole. The price went out from 1099 to 1499 which we were OK with but then when we received it, it was half the portion that we normally have.

call the manager and instead of her at least discounting it by like four dollars she said we have two options one to just take it away and she would then throw it away or to accept it.

My option was for her to take it in trash
Which made me leave this review.

Said that they lost because we walked out with not ordering anything else.

Great food. Love the flavors. Love the different salsas and varieties. Dustin was a good server and was very attentive.

You need to post a menu somewhere! I would order food from your restaurant if you did. Since you don't I have to order from other Mexican restaurants that aren't as good. I would love to rate your business a 5...

I ate Valentines Day dinner there and the place was packed, yet service was still quick, accurate and friendly. My server, Isabel, was super sweet and attentive. I really enjoyed the fresh chips with bean dip (I didn't realize they had 3 choices of salsa by the bar - my loss) and lemme tell you, that bean dip is addictive. For the main course, I had beef fajitas with sides of beans and rice, and traditional accompaniments of guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and of course, fresh tortillas. These are the best fajitas I've had the pleasure of eating in this state! Sizzling hot, perfectly seasoned, with carmalized bits of tender onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Delicious! I also had 2 house margaritas, which were most excellent. This restaurant was at the top of its game on an extremely busy night. I will definitely be visiting Poblanos again very soon!

I was waiting for 40 minutes to order, and they never took the order, not to mention that they only had 2 tables occupied.

Loved the fact that I walked into the smell of “clean”. Someone had just freshly cleaned and I can definitely respect that. It didn’t smell overly chemical like though. It was a pleasant smell that made me feel comfortable enough to eat there, like at my home😁.

The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated, no loud primary colors, no loud Mexican music. I know some people like all of that busy-ness but I like a calmer, less colorful place to eat. The outside of the building is white with black accents. The inside is neutral tones of light colored brick. The music playing in the background was folksy American music.

Immediately upon sitting down, we were brought free chips and salsa. The chips were warm and fresh tasting.

Then within another minute, the hostess (Hayley-hope I spelled it right) came over and said our waitress was tied up temporarily and the hostess took our drink order which was super nice (and efficient).

The menu has plenty of food and drink options: tacos, fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, salads, quesadillas and more.

The waitress (bartender) came to the table and took our order. She didn’t write anything down but she got the order right and it was absolutely delicious food. She has clearly been in the food industry a long time because she is friendly and knows what she is doing. I had a question about the cheese and wanted to know if it was shredded or in liquid form. She knew the answer! I can’t tell you how many servers at other places who do not know the answer.

The food was fresh tasting; the chicken enchilada was absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned. The waitress explained the cooking process and this place really puts a lot of time and effort in tie their food. Thanks for a great meal.
