Dinner with friends couldn’t have been better. Food and drinks wonderful. But our sweet server made all the difference. If you want to be well taken care of and see joy personified, ask for Sofia! Love you girl!!

Superb service from Kyland tonight. Honestly the best service that I've had at a restaurant in years. Super friendly and definitely made the experience significantly better than an average dining experience. I will definitely ask to be in his section every time I come here from now on. I cannot sing this man's praises enough.

*7 years later, i hate to post a negative review but 60+% of my recent to go orders have been messed up... wrong items. Missing items. 2x I've gotten home with no chips for my two orders of cheese dip...

Frozen margaritas were good.
You can get a frozen margarita for about the same price as a coke.
Doesn't seem like anyone in Tennessee knows how to make a burrito.
I can get a burrito at Buc-ee's twice the size for the same price.
Food was good though.
The salsa bar is not as large as Ol Guacamole.

Not rating poorly because of food or service, but management. On June 1st 2025, my family had dinner at the Boones Creek location. I wanted to purchase a gift card for a family member and was told that I would have to purchase from the manager. The manager seemed to have trouble getting the card activated through the system so he retreived a card from a cabinet nearby and supposedly was able to get it to work. 10 days after the purchase my family member went back to use the card and was told it wasn’t activated or had no value. I returned to talk to management on June 11th and supplied proof of purchase, never was able to talk to management face to face, but was left waiting for 20 minutes at the front reception area and no resolution to the problem. The gift card was only for $25 so I chalked it up as a loss because my time was more valuable to me than their apparent lack of a customer relationship.
Food was mid to low tier. Prices are absurd for the food quality. Very obvious they are cutting corners whenever possible - diluted guacamole, purreed, watered down beans. Then the audacity to charge a premium. Service and atmosphere were good, though. Don't recommend this place.
