Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food was fresh, excellent and cooked to perfection. The chicken was crispy, Mac & cheese baked perfectly, Cajun fries were fresh and had that crunch I like, and the biscuit was buttery and soft. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and nice. The manager, Cat was helpful at answering my questions about the food and on how it was being made.

The manager who name starts with a j with black hair is AMAZING! Her costumer service and attitude really is outstanding! And the chicken while she’s on duty is top tier !

So I’ve never been to Popeyes. I fine waiting for my order for fresh chicken. I was trying to get the prices for an order of fries. The manager made comment that it was 20 till closing and she didn’t have any fries up but she could drop some but she had to be gone and out of store by 12am because they was closed at 12. Didn’t give us one price, or ask if we want the fries. And then walked away. The other employee came up and we paid and asked us to pull up so we could get fresh chicken and never asked for about what sauces we needed. The manager should have made sure about the fries. There was 15 minutes by the time of closing. Still waiting and it’s 11:55pm. Fries doesn’t take that long to cook!

Adding to my reply; I did not care one bit to wait. What I cared about was never did I get a price for fries, or if they needed to add the fries to the order. She said that if we wanted them, we would have to wait. We were waiting for the chicken anyways and it takes longer to kick the chicken then it does the fries so you could’ve put the fries down while the chicken was being cooked too and I could’ve had some fries with my chicken! When they brought the chicken out, they had like eight sides added to the bag that we didn’t even order. That was a very nice gesture, however, I wanted french fries but never received the price for them and never was asked if they needed to be dropped. Instead, she said what she said, and then she walked away quickly. Then the other employee came to the window two minutes later and said that that’s gonna be await for your chicken if you wouldn’t mind to pull up and that was fine we didn’t mind to pull up.

Pulled up to the window at 7:15 pm to place an order and the guy there said they were only taking pick-up or door dash orders and would not take my order. Is this a new thing? Two girls were sitting in a car parked at the pickup window with guy leaning out talking to them!! I wonder?????

Went there yesterday morning and the young man with the locs at the counter took my order he was kind and patient with me. I asked him how I could get my hair like his and we laughed. The food was cooked perfectly and my order was right. I will be coming back.
