Four of us came for lunch and we were not disappointed. We ate off the $9.95 menu. Although this menu (in the past) had a non alcoholic beverage included , this price is still a bargain. Everyone in our party said how delicious their meal was --cashew chicken, king pao, general tsos, and mine was the Pho Soup with beef. The broth in my pho was the best yet! If you don't like beef broth, then they perhaps prepare differently. To me, the broth was the best in this area, although i cannot tell you about authenticity. There was a plate of three sauces, with the traditional basil and the bean sprouts centered on the plate. We all boxed our leftovers to go. If you want a great lunch at a great price, don't forget this venue on Roan. The Days Inn is attached to the restaurant.

Stopped here for a quick lunch break. The dining area is open and looks to be able to accommodate large groups and family gatherings. I think there was also a room that could be sectioned off for private events. Order the Beef Pad See Ewe - flavor good, but some of the beef was well over cooked, so it was tough to chew. Service was very friendly and fast.

When you walk in and there's a pool table in front and a sign saying see bartender for service, your expectations tend to drop. But I give credit where credit is due. The food was great, it was fast. They have sprouts, which requires all kinds of extra health department requirements. And there's a 100 health inspection score. Really pleasant surprise.

Not sure what was going on, but there seemed to be no hostess or servers. We waited and no one showed up. I peeked into the kitchen and saw only one person. There were no customers either. As we left, we checked the front door for their open hours thinking maybe they were closed, but it showed they were open for four hours already. To us, it looked as if they were closed and just forgot to lock the door. Oh well, ...

We went in after a hard day and it was just what we needed. I had the Crap Rangoon with plum sauce, wonton soup, and lettuce wrap. The food was really good and I’ll go back soon. LETTUCE WRAPS were excellent. Waitress was really sweet and took good care of us.

I have been a customer for years! Last night I picked up food to take home and it was still amazing! Best Pepper Steak in The Tri Cities!

My only suggestion/request is that they not allow people to take up a table and then stand around blocking the areas to walk.... It's seriously annoying and the people doing it refuse to move out of the way....

Very disappointed. We ordered to go, Sesame Chicken, Pepper Steak, House low mein & won ton soup. Took it out of bags, opened the containers and it sure looked delicious....Boy were we wrong. Every entree was bland and lacking flavor. The low mein was somewhat flavorful. We are so disappointed because we were really hoping to find a good Chinese restaurant for dinning & take out. This is definitely crossed off our list and will never return. It's like ordering a cocktail only to discover it's watered-down.

Honestly the food was amazing and great server great service shots out the Phil are waiter he made our experience that much better going above and beyond to guarantee our experience to be one to remember. It is also an excellent place to go if you're out and about around midnight hours and did I mention they have enough said right. Hands down the best Asian food in Johnson City with the best presentation I've seen by far of Asian cuisine. I would highly recommend the fried cheesecake with ice cream as well as the dumplings. All in all if you're looking for a good place to go out and eat with the family or date night this is the place you need to be and did I mention there's a hotel connected to it just in case you get sleepy after you eat

Overall a mixed bag; good service, clean, and nice atmosphere. The food was ok, generous servings, came out quick and was hot. Flavors are lacking, very one note with little variation between the appetizers and main course. Everything that's deep fried tastes the same... like reused cooking oil. Asked for a level four hot, nowhere close. Meat dishes with sauces are really thin, almost watery. My wife and I have been here several times and the food flavors just can't compete with a few other TriCities oriental restaurants. Seems like a lot of emphasis is placed on the bar and night scene.
